they call constantly - 2-3 times a day, and its a recording saying that we need to call them back at this number.  I finally called back and all i got was a recording saying to leave a message and that it  was a company called ORS...grrr/.

Comapany is borderline harrassment.  Leaves automated messages saying "you have an important message, it is very important that you call us today..."  Going on for about a month.  They change the 800 number - but I called the number today and ripped.  Reported to AG's office in my state.  I will prosecute harrassing junk phone calls.

The name of the place is OSI Recovery systems.

I tried to call these folks back out of curiosity but I just got a recording. Anyone know why they call yet?

your harassing phone call must stop immediatly or i swear i will sue  your companyfor whatever i can and make your lives as miserable as u have made mine because u have the wrong number  the last 2 times i called u back and told u that.

they call all of the time, about 3 times a day, as late as 9 pm

I keep getting the message to call this number for an important message. Then when I call it is just a recording to please hold.  It is starting to get annoying.

Company left message to return call, but all I got was a machine to leave a message.  The company recording says they are OPS. I have no idea who they
are, so it would be good for them to just stop calling.

I BELIEVE OSI IS BREAKING THE LAW.  WHEN THEY CALL IT COMES UP AS DUBLIN, OHIO ON THE ID.  I REVERSE LOOKUP THE # AND IT'S A PAY AS YOU GO CELL PHONE . SOMEHOW THEY GOT MY MOTHERS # AND HARASSED HER UNTIL SHE CURSED THEM OUT, BUT HER CALLER ID SHOWS A DIFFERENT PAY CELL #.  WHEN YOU CALL EITHER OF THESE #'S, I EITHER GET A BUSY SIGNAL OR A RECORDING SAYING THE CELL # IS NO LONGER IN SERVICE... NOT IN SERVICE ?  5 MINUTES AFTER THEY CALLED ME...  HOW CAN IT BE OUT OF SERVICE?  ALSO, WHEN THEY CALLED MY MOTHER THEY TOLD HER THAT THEY WERE VERIFYING A JOB REFERANCE THAT I HAD PUT ON AN APPLICATION...  I HAVEN'T FILLED OUT AN APPLICATION IN 15 YEARS!
I THINK THE LAW PROHIBITS THIS... PART OF THE RICO ACT... SOMEONE'S GOTTA STOP THEM....  I HOPE IT'S ME !!!

They call 2 and 3 times a day, it is driving me nuts.  When we answered we heard a recording and then were disconnected.  When we returned a phone call from them it said please call back during business hours, it was 11:00 in the afternoon.

I don't owe any debts and these people call many times each day. They use a recording and ask for a return call. Now they are finally identifing themselves as OSI Collections. I know they will not believe me when I say I am not in debt. AARGH!

Same as above- this time I listed them on the do not call list - so they wont get any calls - he he - reverse psychology....

I got this VERY IMPORTANT MESSAGE everyday and let me call 1-800-488-1194 back. I have registered do not call list. How can they call me again and again? Really annoyed.

they called me today and i answered. i was told by a recording to please hold for a "very important message". 5 minutes later the line went dead. i called the number right back and got a recording that said i needed to call back during business hours. it was 11 a.m. the recording didn't say what their hour were. what a joke!

What really irritates me on these calls is that they do not identify who they are calling.  There are 3 adults in my household so do not know who they are calling.  Will never answer a call when I do not know who is calling and do not know even who they are calling.

I kept getting calls and finally did a *67 to block my number and called....they knew what number I was calling from.  I kept asking what kind of business they were and they say they work for various businesses.  But they had my name with my number being blocked....HOW???????????? Told them to remove my number, let's see if it works.

these a-holes keep calling.  It's on!!!

I keep geting Messages to call this number, but they never say who they are.  I will not return such calls, but why are they cvontinually annoying me?

Outsourcing Solutions, Inc. is based in Wisconsin and is on Bud Hibbs' list of collection agencies that are to be avoided. I'm now getting calls from this number 2 and 3 times a day. It never says who it is, and in this day and age I'll never give out any personal info anyways..... Very annoying!

I just got a call from this company as well. I am not calling them back. I'm sure its really important.

Been getting calls from this number for a month, but I refuse to call them if they will not state who they are or why they are calling. I am on a no call list.

They call & its a recorded msg to call this # - They say it is VERY important

When you call the # - they ask how they can help?  Hey YOU called ME!! Then they ask for YOUR phone #

When I ask WHY they were calling - the man told me they were looking for "A Person"  Ok you got one! now what?  

I did give him my phone # but he told me there was no info on that # so I said "GOOD" & hung up .....

BUT they KEEP Calling...!!!!????

They called while I was not home.
