Has anyone had this call from this number? Is it legit? When I call it back no one ever answers and when I have been home to pick the phone up, no one is ever there just a recording.

I keep getting a call From Mark Thompson tell me to call this number. I wish he would stop. Im on the Missouri no call and I thought people couldnt call you when your on it. When I call the number given no one ever answers.

Same experience as Veronica (11/28/08) had. My answering machine has recorded Roger Thompson recorded message since Dec. 2008, and lately "he" calls every day, especially after 5 PM.

When I called it back, noone picked up my call. A recorded message saying some thing about payment arrangement. I could not leave voice message to let them stop calling.

I don't know this person and I am on a no call listed with the state of Indiana. Wish he would stop calling.

Roger Thompson calls me every night around 8PM. I'm on the do not call list, but that doesn't stop this guy. He needs to be put behind bars for invading our privacy.

"Roger" is bothering me too.  Thought you'd all like to know that i'm requesting that the New Mexico Attorney General's office look into this SCAM.  I suggest you all do so as well--file written consumer fraud complaints with your AGs and they should take over.

We get this call as well in OHIO. My husband got ahold of someone, when he said he wanted to be taken off the list the woman hung up on him.. this happened three times.  After the third call, the woman told my husband that she would not take us off the list and to "get over it".  I'm appalled.  I am going to take the advice of Stray Dog and call the Attorney General next.

My CID shows up as 555-555-0190, and then Roger Thompson leaves a message with an important business matter, and to call 800-490-0038 for resolution.

I am constantly getting calls from this #.  I did call it back and someone did answer, it is a company called Naitonal Enterprise Systems.  They are very rude.

No idea who this d***hit is, but he (Roger Thompson) called me at 10 AM.  2 PM.  then again at 7 PM.  I'm moving out of my parents house soon but this is still bu***hit.  I hope they do something about it。

Automated call "This is Mark Thompson, please contact me concerning an important business matter at 800-490-0038"  The call goes to a fax machine.

Got a call from the number 800-490-0038, When I returned the call and asked for Roger Thompson, they admitted that that was an automated recording they send out and there was no Roger Thompson. I asked them what they had called for they said they ere looking for a person I have never heard of. I have had this number for years, So I asked them not to Robcall me again.

SEE MY MESSAGE POSTED TODAY WHEREIN I OUTLINE THAT A NEW LAW WHICH COMES INTO EFFECT TOMORROW PROHIBITS ROBOCALLS TO PERSONS ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST.

The end of Roger Thompson's robocalls???  The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) is threatening a fine of $16,000 per call for any firm using robocalls effective tomorrow, 1 September 2009, to individuals who are on the Do Not Call List.  If Roger calls after today PLEASE file a complaint form online with the FTC or CALL the FTC at 877 382 4357.

"Roger Thompson" recording continues to leave msgs on my recorder....I do not owe any outstanding bills and resent receiving these calls....I answered one time, but found out at that time it was a recording.   I refuse to call the 800 # provided )800-490-0038(....I have had my phone # for over 40 years, so I know it has not belonged to anyone that should have recent out standing debts,,,believe they are calling anyone with a name that matches the one they are looking for.

We've been harassed by this number, called to ask to stop calling or I'd report them - they hung up on me twice and I continued to call ( 5 more times).  Finally got a human who could speak english who said the calls would stop in 24 hours...we'll see

Good old roger thompson has a calling device that calls my recorder regularly with his recorded message to the effect that he has an important business matter to discuss with me at 1-800-490-0038. I do not respond and he can call till hell freezes over.  (my recorder answers on the first ring and I do not answer anyone until they identify themselves).

Again, "Roger Thompson" has a very important business matter to discuss with me. For resolution call 800-490-0038... Yeah right.


It has shown up as either UNKNOWN or some series of 555 numbers, the last 555 was 555-555-5555.

I do not have any outstanding dept and do not know why this recording continues to call.  If someone find resolution for this annoying caller.....please share!!!!

I have now received my first call from "Roger Thompson", but have also received numerous calls for months from "Ben Walmus" from a different number which also comes back to National Enterprises System. I look forward to the day this outfit is shut down.

National Enterprise Systems is a collection agency.  Apparently they just call all listings that match the last name they are looking for.  
The company's actual toll free number is 1-800-973-0060.  I called this number and the operator transferred me to Kim Prader, who transferred me to another number which just rang and rang and rang and rang.

This person have called my work phone many times, imagin how annoying

Received a voicemail this afternoon on my cell phone from this Roger Thompson.  I have received many debt collection calls for someone named Kayla or Karla Bustamante, presumably the person who had my number before me.  I explained this to the people at NES.  They said they will take my number off their system.  We'll see.....
