I got a message from this number. I think they said enhanced recovery corporation. The message was kind of hard to hear due to their computers. They are a collection agency for sure though. Got the typical line about information obtained being used to collect a debt.

I also received a call from this number on 10/17.  Left no message.  I don't respond to "800" #'s.  My guess it's either a solicitor or a debt collector.
