I keep getting this fax which says that I have made some health insurance request--I have made NO requests re insurance and I have called the the removal # -866-486-9743 many times
-and it always says that I been removed.
I do not want these faxes!!

Same as the rest, a fax for health coverage. Tried to call the number and just got a recording to leave my name, number, etc. I HATE THESE @$$H0LE$

Fax solicitation for Peak Membership Alliance, selling health plans. No matter how many times you request to be taken off their fax sending list, they still send them.
Found their fax number: 866-475-8611 blocked my number and sent their own fax back every couple of minutes for an hour.
