please help this number calls me all the time asking for someone I don't know I tell them they have the wrong number and they still call all hours of the night  

Don't feel bad they call my number asking for someone I don't even know and after I tell them that they still call. what nerve they have

I don't know who these people at 800-499-9971 are, but they are trying to get money out of me that was paid to credit cards over 7 years ago, prior to my acquiring a home equity loan. Does anyone know how I can put them on a No Call list so I can have them prosecuted for harassment?

This lady keeps calling my house, my husband, school, work and now my new phone and telling me that i have unpaid credit card bills, unpaid hospital bill and so forth.. I have never even owned a bank card let alone a credit card and i have always had insurance that covered all of my medical bills. 18004999971 ex 114

Woke me up early in the morning wanting to talk to my husband and said it was business I asked her her name she said Nicole and he can reach me at 1800-499-9971 she was a little snotty and didn't want to reveal what her real cause was which I believe to hazel him about a past due bill.

These peolpe are calling me for other people that donot live here. Please is there anyway besides changing my number to stop these calls.

we had previously called back and left a message that they have a wrong number. Months later, we contacted a person (Nikki) and requested an address to send a letter to stop them harrassing us - RMC, PO Box 50685, Columbia SC 29250 - subsequent calls will result in us filing a complaint.

We got this message in our answering machine:"Hello, this is Tina Banks. This is not a sales call. It is important that I speak with you. I can be reached at 803-744-5100 or toll free 1-800-499-9971. Thank you"
When I call the toll free number, I found out it is debt collecting agency, I hanged up.

We have been receiving calls from someone who kept hanging up. Finally, a call came through in which the woman identified her name and number. She emphasized that the matter was important ... which they usually do. All day someone is calling our house and hanging up. It has become quite annoying.

Yes this is a collection agency, RMS I believe.
