Got call, sent to voice mail, they didnt say anything

This company called and it was at 6:30 at night and they closed at 5 and I am on the west coast and do not have them..I hate getting calls for sales and no one is there to tell them stop calling..

Called @ 1:51PM EDST today.

I have no "prior relationship" with Windstream (assuming the posts here are correct in their identification of this caller), so they should not be calling.

The DNC list clearly does not work and no one is prosecuting those who do violate it.

DNM....the 2nd explanation is accurate.  Windstream bought Paetec.  This is the office number that comes up when the Massachusetts Andover office of Windstream calls.  I am working with the Director there and this number pops up when he calls.  Windstream is an internet/phone/cloud services provider.  You may have a friend working for them who is calling you from work.  Or you may have applied for a job and they are looking at your resume.  Either way, this is not a bill collector or sales call.

Call came from this #, name unavailable.  The explanation 2 up is bull, Walter.  I don't have a relationship with them, they're just violating the DNC law.  I didn't take the call, and for some odd reason, I can't find any meaningful info in the internet for McLeod USA.  Calling the number gets a VM system from Windstream internet, another company I don't have a prior business relationship with.

This is not a debt collector or prank call. It was McLeod USA/ Patec Company following up on a service call.

Called at 12:33 PM.  No voice mail.  Caller ID came up as Toll Free Call.  I live in Central MN.

Got a call but didn't pick up. They left no message, so I assume it was a solicitor of some sort.
