I guess I am now part of the "Gotta Club".  With Government Shutdown threats and layoff threats, I have been searching for a part time legitimate work at home business.  This number and several other numbers were listed in our local advertiser.  When you call the numbers you get the recording as stated above.  Someone called me back and assured me this was legit.  So being disparate I gave them my credit card number for so called software.  I was given a tracking number a support line number, all sounded great.  However, when I called the number back and left several messages for the person who called me, because I needed information to provide an outside employment form, they have not responded, imagine that!  Gotcha!  So I contacted my credit card company and stopped the payment and have reported them to the local advertiser.  I am not sure how to report them to MD's Attorney General, but I will.

I also called in response to the ad & received the same info.  Is there anyone out there that has actually paid the money and never received the program or has worked on line for them?  I'm guessing that this is not the first time they have placed an ad - especially if they are scammers.  The one thing I hate the most, is people who take money away from the unemployed or seniors.  Why hasn't anyone reported them?  BBB has nothing, however they say they are nation-wide, which means the company should be registered to do business in each state - they are not registered to do business in Minnesota, nor does the medical association or secretary of state have any knowledge of them - so who are they working with?  I am supposed to call them back today with my decision................?!?

I had the same experience....i found an ad in the Baltimore, MD Pennysaver so I called the # and received the same message.  A lady named Sabrina called back.  When I asked who would sign my paychecks she said the Doctor.  I pushed more and she told me the company name was Physicians Network Development.  When I googled that a company in FL came up but didn't seem legit online.  Also, I contacted the BBB and they had never heard of Physicians Network Development.  Seemed to good to be true!!!

NOTICE THERE IS NOT ONE SINGLE COMPLAINT BY ANY PERSON WHO HAS ACTUALLY DONE THIS.
If it was a scam there would be at least one.
These people are too broke and lazy to to set up and train to work from home.
(FACT)18,000,000 Americans work from home. I came here to get good info  because im a single mom trying to work home. This is a  bunch of bs from people who have NOT EVER DONE THIS. If you have not done it stop wasting peoples time who are serious.

But if you are ever in doubt and believe you have been scammed you can call the FBI to report the issue.  Also contact the state attorney.

I saw this job advertised in the Sun News and called the number to inquire.  The message said all operators were busy and I left my number for a return call.  I was called back that evening and told this was a work from home job keying in medical information.  I asked the name of the company and was told it was Physician Network Development.  I was told the info to be keyed in would be sent to me via the mail and after keying it in I was to send it electronically.  I was told I would be working for one specific Doctor but he did not know who at the time.  I told him I would discuss with my husband and call him later.  I googled and did not find any indication on the site in reference to hiring work from home employees.  I waited a couple of days and called back and reached the message again and left my number.  I received a call later from a female and when I started to ask questions she said "haven't you already talked to someone about this"  I told her yes but I had more questions.  I asked how I could tell if my computer would be compatible with the software and she said you only need Windows 95 I think,,,yea Windows 95 or better.  I still was weary so I called the # on the Physician Network Development today and was told they do not hire anyone to work from home and they had another call with the same question.  I am going to call Sun News to see if they can find out who paid for the ad.  There are legitimate work from home jobs.  You just need to research thoroughly before accepting one and one of the first red flags is sending them money.

I saw a new paper ad in our local paper for 1-800-501-9408 I called & got a recording saying the type of work they were seeking "At home Typist" & the pay... I left my # for them to call me back, they did, I asked if they were an ACCREDITED BUSINESS with the BBB, his response "im sure we are we have been in business for over 25 years"... instant red flag to me cuz you should know if your accredited with the BBB or not... I also do not recal them stating a Business name when they contacted me & they told me the software was $299... & that I would make that back in 18 months.... 18months????.. really if they offer $425per weeek I should make it back in a week NOT 18 months!.. DUH!!!... Im glad I didnt fall for this SCAM!!!.... it sucks trying to find ligitamate work from home, I have been searching for months!!....

No, this is a work-at-home job scam where you have to buy crap from them. Employment scams (where there is *NO* job) include but are not limited to:
1. Victims pay $$$ up front for required crap like uniforms, certification, background check, 1/2 airline ticket, etc.
2. You don't quite qualify for the job but are counseled to go back to school (scammer gets paid on college referral).
3. You are offered an interview and find out later it's a no-salary, commission-only, you-pay-expenses, perhaps-MLM sales job with poor leads.
4. Your job as financial agent is to receive checks, cash them at your own bank, and Western Union cash away (checks will bounce).
5. You give your personal info because you believe you are applying for a real job which can lead to ID theft.
6. You are offered crap that's totally unrelated to looking for a job like surveys, etc. that the caller will earn $$$ on.
REMEMBER -- THERE IS *NO* JOB, I.E., NO SALARIED POSITION.
