I am CONSTANTLY getting calls from OCC. Initially, I they were leaving messages on my cell phone for a relative of mine. I passed the message along to my cousin and was told she never gave them my correct phone number!! These people are complete stalkers and are relentless!! I used to work in collections and sales so I understand their need to be discreet and in that field, you are taught to leave empathy (and kindness) at the door but that's no reason for the constant calls. I get a call every morning at 8:30 am and another one just after 5:00, often from two different numbers. I have blocked this number from my phone.

Called the place I work looking for one of our employees. I asked what the call was regarding and he told me that our employee had asked him to call him back at this number, which was a flat out lie to try to get me to put him through to our employee. Placed him on hold and then told him that our employee was unavailable and that I could take a message, that is how I figured out he was with One Click Cash, but he would not give me any other information.

These people called me. They knew my name. Are they serious? do I need to be worried? This is the first for me. Im so scared. Anybody have any answers?

this occ they are very rude and very unprofessional. my exwife is a collections manager and I know first hand that there are laws that these companies have to go by when collecting a debt.. occ is breaking these laws

Got a call from Antoinette 1-800-503-0424 x3105 she simly stated with was representing OCC.

When I heard OCC first thought that came to mind was Orange County Choppers.

Needless to say, I've never done business with One Click Cash. Hopefully they will stop calling and more importantly, stop leaving long voice mails on my phone.

If you have an android cell phone like me, look up a free app named 'Call Blocker'. It's one of the best ways thus far to avoid places like One Click Cash.

They just called me on my cell phone asking for a good friend of mine.  (And they pronounced her name wrong, which is typical.)  I thought it might be a job reference so I took the message.  Now I am checking this number online and hoping that I don't start getting these calls.  I did ask what "OCC" was and was told by "Tori" that it's a "practicing company."  Uhhh, weird.

These people have called repeatedly saying my name was used as a reference on an application. They also call my son and daughters phone constantly. This is flat harassment! I will be reporting them to tge attorney general because I'm fed up with them!

I RECEIVED TWO CALLS Toplpay, at home and work,they harassing me at both places,

I want to be on the do not call list patrol for security purposes and to end all unwanted calls and scams. This is infuriating and very irritating. I am retired and have paid my debts to society and do not need these harassing calls. Make them stop and let the scammers be fined. Thank you in advance for your consideration regarding this matter

Received call on my cell phone asking me to give a message that my name was used as a contact on an
application, they would not give me any information and I told them to remove my number from their list.  The person they wanted me to contact would never give my cell phone number.   the person I talked with was Tamara at ext 3155

Called and said his name was Bryan.  Was very rude.  Looking for a relative.  Not my problem dude.

Continous calls from OCC to  my family and girl friends, I do not know these people. The are scammers

People called cell. Left no message. When I dialed back, after one ring it picked up and said, "Leave a message at the tone." On FedNoCall. Know it shouldn't have been a collector because our bankruptcy was completed in Feb 2012. I say shouldn't because AT&T has turned us into 2 collection agencies since the bankruptcy was finalized. They were referred to my attorney. I see things in this thread like OCC, LCC... what are those? I've had these before and again it will reported. Shame I have no way of letting them know I do have a police whistle and air horn and know how to use them.

A COLLECTION AGENCY NOT LOOKING FOR YOU, BUT A RELATIVE OF YOURS..THEY CALL ME ASKING ME FOR A RELATIVE ON MINE ..SOMEONE WHO MISSED A FEW PAYMENTS AND THE COMPANY SEND THEIR NAME TO A COLLECTION AGENCY ..THEY CAN'T GET THEIR PHONE NUMBER--ADDRESS SO THEY CALL THEIR FAMILY TRYING TO GET THAT PERSON PHONE--AND ADDRESS ...CAN THEY LEGALLY HARASS THEIR FAMILY  ???

Not only does this number call a few times a week, but they also call a 2-3 times a DAY!!! They will call from that number and an unknown as well and leave a rude message! Isn't that illegal harassment?!

I got a call today from these number and they stated they were going to press charged for passing out a Hot Check. They are very rude and I work for a Law Enforcement Agency and they told this people not to call back. But they keep calling back.

I have gotten calls from this same number it is for a pay-day loan company that is ripping people off with their claims of how much they are charging for service fees. I will not pay 600 for a 150 loan; its just not going to happen. Now they are contacting people that I never gave them a number to and I think that is just plain rude. Wish the calls would just stop!

Got a call from "Stacy" at OCC threatening a coworker that she'd better call back or they will be forced to continue further action.  Another scammer, my poor coworker's name is suddenly being called by all these scammers, probably all interconnected, just different names and company names!

I got a call from this number and they wanted me to have a friend call this number back.    So, I called the friend and it was from a payday loan she applied for and didn't take.  She had put me as a reference.  Do not call it back!
