Roger, I have a couple of quick questions for you.  Why do y'all not reply to calls?  I have a valid question and have not had anyone return my call.  I cannot find the information I need on your website.  I am looking for specifications on the Thundershield paint.  I find it interesting that someone else has mentioned no MSDS with the paint.  Are these normal operating procedures?  For your information, let me quote one of your brochures that I found, "As always our friendly staff is here to answer your questions and to process your orders expediently and conveniently."

I did fall for their sales pitch a year ago.  Put THREE coats on my garage floor.  This is nothing more than expensive paint.  It did not "fill in all the cracks" like the salesman said it woulld and began peeling within 3 months.  After one year most of the tire tracks are peeling up.  The salesman said there was no prep work except sweeping the floor,  But I powerwashed it AND used muratic acid to ensure a clean, dry concrete floor.  The paint is delivered without an MSDS sheet so you don't really know what is in it.  Plus I believe it is not legal to ship it wihtout one.

VERY questionable company.  Their only warranty was to refund $90 for one can I did not use and could not ship back.

I have to agree with Dan on this one. I've used the thundershield coating more than once and must say the product is quality, looks nice and applies easy, also the customer service reps know what they're talking about which is refreshing. I endorse them.

I am interested in the product but want to know how you applied. What size nap on your roller did you use and did you have any problems with bubbles or it setting up and drying?

someone might have requested some info from them at that number. as for me i saw an ad they ran in a magazine about a year ago, ordered 5 gallons of their thundershield coating for my garage this past spring and it turned out fantastic. i'll probably call and reorder more to do my deck next month.

As a matter of fact, if you look us up on the Better Business Bureau web site, which is the true gauge of our credibility, you will find that we have only had a handful of complaints in the past several years and they have all been resolved.

I received the same fax and bought some of their product.  The person who answers the phone instructed me on how to apply it and they were wrong.  The sales person told me to use a 1/2 inch roller, and I use a smaller 3/8 inch roller instead.   I called them after applying the first coat, because it had bubbles in it and they said I needed to apply another coat using a 3/8 inch roller.  They also said using a paint tray was a wasted step and I could pore the stuff on the cement floor and roll it out.  I applied a second couat two days after the first coat.  After three (3) weeks my floor has not set up and is soft enough for my fingernail to scrape it.  I called them and talked to the customer service person, George, and he said I should have used a 1/4 inch roller.  I have spent over $100.00 on propane trying t odry/cure the floor and have seen very little improvement.  They are very pleasant on the phone, but I'm getting very frustrated with them.  They do not return calls, but always answer when called.  I may have to grind the coating down and go another orute.  I will keep you posted.

Hi Callie! How far did you get? We want to use this product in our home, on wood floors. We have asked them for references, and get none. I am sure with selling it to big factories they do not need us liittle guys. Did you use this? And if you did, do you like it so far? They offered it at 90 dollars a gallon, but said that if we did not take it that day, it would be double by the next. My husband does not like high pressure sales tactics. I hope to hear from you. I checked with this company, actually FAXED them back when I received a FAX from them.  It sounds very impressive the floor coating that they sell and thec cost.  I checked with the BBB and there was only 2 resolved complaints in 3 years.  That sounded pretty good to me.  Has anyone
had anything that they would not like disclosed by purchasing product from this company.   The name of the company is Worldwide Industrial
