I keep getting several calls a day from this number after I have told them 10 times or more that I'm not working but they keep calling even after 9.pm

This person called me by the name of Jay Bruce saying he was collecting an old debt from Fingerhut. He said I owed 750.00 and he would take my house if I didn't start paying on this. Does anyone know if he is legitimate?

These folks call numerous times a day 7 days a week.  I have never done business with these people.

They call & don't say anything. so far called 2 times today. Don't know why they are calling my daugther's acct is paid up to date.

Constantly receive calls from this number and x2462' as well.  Have requested several times to be removed from their list over the past several weeks.  Have threatened to report it to FCC.  Caller claims  be finger hut.  Not sure honor why they have my cell number.  Any times actually get someone to acknowledge they are with finger hut, they ask for my cell number so they can remove it... They called me.  

Fingerhut -- every month even though I'm ahead of payment & have been extended MORE credit. Every two hours from 9:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. EVERY month, EVERY day until I answer & assure them of payment -- minimum due is $9.99. Can you say HARRASSMENT??

they call me from 7am all day till 8pm at night, when i answer no one is there. I became disabled and i asked for my enrollment papers for safeline and i recieved them and then i get emailed and it said the time expired, ive been a customer since October, BS!! i paid for that service in case something like that happened lol.  im reporting them.

they have a program called safe line its suppose to help with payments if your disabled or on fixed income, they might be able to lower your payments or get rid of em.

This number calls numerous times a day.  I answered one call to tell them to stop calling.  They asked for my phone number and when I didn't give it to them.  I told them I was going to report them.  They did not call for five days, but called 3more times today

They call my cell phone 4-7times daily, including weekends.  When I answer either they hang up OR A recodring tells me to wait while my party isconnected, and I wait and NOTHING happens.  Wehn I call the number back, it either Disconnects or Rings and rings with no answer. Very annoying!

I get a call from this number at least 10 times a day.  When I answer the phone it tells me to please hold for the next representative.  I hang up.  I mean they call me, they should be there when I answer.  If I let the number go to voice mail, they never leave a message.  They could at least leave a message.

They start calling me a week before my payment is even due to remind me that I have an upcoming payment.  They are calling 4 to 5 times a day!   I have NEVER been late.  I always make my payment.   Then, they keep calling after I make my payment.   A few times I have answered it. They say "We are calling about your payment".  When I respond it has been paid for over a week they act like it was a courtesy call to thank me for making a payment.   This is not the old Fingerhut. Whoever bought them out are idiots.

IT IS FINGERHUT CALLING FROM 1-800-503-2463. BILL COLLECTORS, GEESH GIVE IT A REST. CALLING ME 8 TIMES A DAY. I'M NOT GOING TO ANSWER IT. PHONE IS IN CELL PHONE HEAVEN. LOL

Constant calls, no messages, gang up calls where you get 3 in a row suddenly, constant constant constant.

I've been getting phone calls from this number for a month now. But one thing I learn is not to answer it when that one number shows on caller id. It doesn't even leave a message. Just hangs up before voicemail kicks in. People, ithis number shows on your caller id, DONT ANSWER IT!

Calls in the morning, afternoon, and late at night. I told them I don't want to take their survey but they keep calling.

They call everyday and don't tell me who is calling.

This number is from Fingerhut, typically it is Fingerhut calling asking for the person on the account that also has your phone number, and the account is pass due. If you do not have a Fingerhut account or your account is paid and current. call them back and have them fix the problem.
If you don't have a Fingerhut account or your current, you need to call them because they will relentlessly  call daily and will not stop as long as their computer shows the account with your number on it because the system is automated and the computer at their end will continue until the end of time unless you talk to a real person and have them fix it.
 If you don't want to talk to them and your phone has a do not disturb phone number list ability, place that number on the list and your phone will no longer ring when they call. If by chance a real person from Fingerhut call to see why your bill is past due they might also use the numbers...  866-815-9649, 888-815-9649, 800-815-9649, 800-503-2463, 888, 888-503-2463, and 866-503-2463, all of which are Fingerhut billing and accounts receivable numbers.
But again their computer will not stop calling unless you fix the account on their end.

You will need to print the application, fill it out, and fax it with any documentation that is relevant (unemployment benefits letter, note from doctor, etc.).

Due diligence using their website is recommended when applying for credit with Fingerhut.

Because Fingerhut sends out orders allowing credit...there are people out there using other peoples name and phone numbers ordering from Fingerhut and having it shipped somewhere else.  This is also happening with a company called Montgomery Ward.  Someone will ask to use your phone and place an order.  They will have that number as if you ordered it yourself.  When someone ask to use your phone these days, just say NO!.  Strangers will call their friends and copy your number and get information on you via internet.  It's called Social Crime....Economic Crime..FTC is the safe way to go with your complaints.  Check with the BBB when it comes to collection agencies.  Consumer Affairs is also an investigative source. Trust is a commodity.  Don't be so trustworthy with companies.  For them it's the dollar and the cents, it's not about you.

Hi, how did you manage to get set up for a lower monthly payment? I lost my job and I can no longer pay what they want and before I ended up being overdue, I called and talked with two different people and asked about hardship payments, etc. and NO ONE would help me. Now I'm overdue and the fact remains the same...I still can't make the payments they want. It's a shame they will not work with you until AFTER you're late, overdue and they've reported you as such on your credit report :(

Call at least 3-4 calls per day......even Sundays.  Pick up the phone to answer and they don't.  I do not have an account with fingerhut....how do I get them to stop???

I just got a new phone number and these idiots at Fingerhut call everyday. I haven't done any business with them. Impossible to call them back to tell them they have the wrong number. Really ticking me off.

They keep calling me about 5 times or more a day... I'm either working and can't have a phone with me or at home trying to sleep because I work rotating shifts.  I know I owe them money and I'm doing the best I can but have had a credit card company take money out of my account forcing me to be negative.  They don't have to call so often in one day....it's annoying and keeping me awake!!!

This number keeps calling me. I just got this cell phone number 2 weeks ago. They have been told several times that they need to stop calling me that I just got this number but they don't listen so this morning when some lady who couldn't speak much English called me from this number again I wasn't a very nice person! Getting tired of this now!!!
