Same thing happened to our company. This company is a scam! Received a phone call today saying they will send us some gift cards first for the rest of our orders. I told the guy we have received all the cartridges and there shouldn't be any more cartridges coming in. They guy kept saying I have order 20 cartridge, but the truth is I only ordered 6!  I told him no, I did not order that many cartridges. We were on the phone for over 15 minutes talking about this. He kept on forcing me take the rest of the cartridges and saying the minimum order is 20 and there is no way I can cancel the order. I kept saying "no, don't send me anymore cartridges, I have already paid for all 6 cartridges that were received" And finally, he agreed and said he will cancel the rest of the order. Evergreen printing supplies is the worst company I have ever come across. They put words in my mouth trying to force me to order more cartridges. I will never order anything from them. Worst company ever!

I appreciate all the comments posted about Evergreen Printing. I also have received a sales call from Nancy Peck and was told that they would ship me 2 cartridges to try and that they would last twice as long as others I had tried. This was several months ago and even after their warehouse called me to confirm the order and that they would be shipping, I still have not received any cartridges. Based upon their website, comments being posted and lack of shipment to date....If I do receive the cartridges, I will be sending them back.

I also had the misfortune of purchasing from this company. The sales rep had called me for months and months to get me to try out their toner. I had told them I had a really awful experience with another company that tried to sell me toners as well and she was agreeing and saying how their company was not like that. She told me she was going to send me a set of ribbons to try and if I liked them, I had to pay $5 each. Sounded fair enough so I had agreed. I had told her that I was not cool with having ribbons being sent over without any authorization and she said their company didn't do stuff like that.

Fast forward some time later, I was on a business trip and had received a box of ribbons from this company. By the time I got around to unpacking, I saw the bill and thought it was ridiculous. However, since I had it for awhile, I had felt like it was a hassle to return, so I paid it and told them I wasn't interested in anymore and to not send anything else.

Sometime later, someone from their company called to tell me they were going to ship another batch, I had told them I already said I didn't need anymore. A different sales rep told me they needed to talk to their manager and someone would call me back. No calls. I had to go follow up and got the run around, until I spoke to a woman there named "Jane." This lady is rude. I had to talk to her twice and she was also giving me the run-around and eventually told me she was going to close my account for me and that it's going into the "no good" pile. Seriously? This lady was ridiculous. So I figured we were done.

This morning, she had the gall to call and started off by saying that the last gift card they sent, the amount was wrong and that they were looking to send me another one since it's the holidays and all. I listened for her to finish and I said "Ok. Do I need to pay for anything again?" And she goes into how she needs to send me another set of 12 ribbons, blah blah blah. I asked her what was this and that I said I was done. Her tone changed immediately and she was ready to bite my head off for even questioning their "kindness" to offer me a gift card (and then charge me for more ribbons!). She said ok she was going to cancel the gift card and added it was $500 by the way. As if I was going to cry and beg for her to give it to me! She said something else and hung up on me.

If you ever have the misfortune of getting phone calls from this company, let them know right away that if they call again, you will report them to the Federal Trade Commission!

This is the number listed on the faxes I have received from Evergreen Printing Supplies. When connected the woman answering says, "corporate services" or something like that. I had to ask if it was Evergreen the first time I called.

Unfortunately, back in March or April I had the owner of my company speak to the sales person at Evergreen Printing Supplies in an effort to get them to quit calling. This tactic back fired, as the owner told them that we would be willing to try their cartridges (with no obligation to buy, just remit payment if we felt their cartridges lasted longer than the ones we normally purchased). Also during this conversation the owner told them that for future information they could contact me.

When I finally decided to try the cartridges I determined that they were not superior, average at best. But I figured since I used both cartridges that it was only fair to pay for them. Approximately two months ago I received a call from the sales rep thanking me for the payment and saying that as a token of appreciation he would be sending out a gift card to a location of my choosing. He also told me that he would be sending out four more ink cartridges to "complete" my order. At no point during any of my conversations with the sales rep had I stated "I need to order # cartridges, please" (or anything else to that effect). But I didn't know for sure what the owner had originally agreed to. So when the cartridges came arrived I sent the bill in for payment.

Last week I received a call from the sales rep yet again. This time telling me that he would be sending out six black and two color cartridges to complete my order (again I have not once said that I needed anything). He also promised that my gift card would be arriving shortly.

On Tuesday of this week, I received a call from the above number to confirm that my items had shipped. At this point (after speaking with the owner about what was discussed with the sales during the initial call) it was glaringly obvious that we had ordered nothing from Evergreen Printing Supplies. So, I called Wednesday to speak to someone about cancelling the order. The woman I spoke to was the same woman who had confirmed my order, but she told me that I could only speak with the sales rep regarding the cancellation of the order. She told me to call when my order arrived.

I called this morning to speak with the sales rep (my order has not arrived, but I plan to refuse it when it does). The woman who answered the phone was the same one I spoke to yesterday. She claimed that the sales rep was not in the office yet, but she would have him call me when he arrived.

At this point I plan on telling the sales rep not to call me any more and that if he can not refrain from contact that our company will be utilizing our lawyers for further communication. I will also refuse my six black and two color "order completion" shipment.

DO NOT fall for the scams of this company! Buyers beware.

Update my previous comment - caller id showed 720-475-1407 Reliable Printing the first call I got ---- 2nd Call today showed as 720-287-0007 Evergreen ..  The person I spoke with was Nancy Peck X-8674 - When I spoke with her the first time I told her I'd need to go over this and she could call back.

She called back today, and I mentioned I didn't feel comfortable purchasing from Evergreen Printing.  Before I could tell her all of the reasons I felt uncomfortable about this company she kept cutting me off telling me how they've been around for 20 years, and they're wholesale, they supply all the schools in the country (btw this is not true in my city the schools expense reports are public and you can see exactly who they pay for what and how much).  I told her right off the bat that the website she directed me to was fishy, it didn't look like the website of a company whose been around for 20 years!!!!  This influences my decision to purchase from a company she cut me off and said have a nice day CLICK!

I wish she would've taken the time to listen as I did to her, but it wouldn't have made a difference anyway considering the validity of this company.

caller id showed 720-475-1407 Reliable Printing, the lady also said she was with Evergreen Printing Supplies.  Tried to talk me into agreeing to try 2 free cartridges, mentioned nothing about being locked into buying more cartridges or set up on automatic delivery, I even asked her how I would reorder them when we needed more - she told me that could be done online or I could call her.  Well I looked on their website super basic no product information not what I was expecting at all which made me start researching this company a little more.  I am very skeptical of this company it seems very sketchy I will not be giving them a try!

caller id showed 720-242-6252 Carlos Perez, but the the lady caller said she was with Evergreen Printing supplies.  I asked about why the caller id showed something different, she said sometimes the lines get mixed up.  I replied and said this also happens sometimes when callers are being deceitful.  I said I was not interested and hung up.

I received a call from Evergreen Printing Supplies offering two cartridges and when I got the bill, I didn't pay it right away. I was told to try them first and then pay. A few weeks later, I tried the ink and sent a payment. Afterwards, I received another call from Evergreen saying that they were sending a catalog and a free $50 gift card to say thank you for trying their product. In addition, they would be sending 4 more cartridges. Apparently, I had agreed to the extra cartridges by paying for the first two. I explained to the person that nobody said that when they called the first time. He said oh no, they are very good about telling you that up front. You must have misunderstood. I don?t ever expect to receive the VISA gift card, and when they send the extra cartridges, I will return them. This is what they do; they push stuff on you that you didn?t order. They are a bunch of scam artists. This company blows big time.

This number is Evergreen Printing Supplies. They are a rude, pushy company that will not take NO for an answer. They called my company for weeks to push their crappy merchandise on us. Someone agreed to use one of their cartridges and they told her to use it and if she like it they would send a bill. She didn't notice a single difference in their supposed better ink cartridge over HP. She paid for the use of the ink and thought that was it, but oh no. They called about an order that she did not place. They said that she agreed to use one ink cartridge so they sent her a free one, then she would be billed for four more. Are they nuts? These people are pushy and idiotic. Why would I agree to purchase four additional items of a product that I haven't even tried and tested? Please people, do not answer the phone if you see this number. If you do pick up the line, do not agree to a single thing. These people are nuts.
