Dear William Johnston ..
800notes is not affiliated with your callers, we are not calling you either. 800notes is a forum for reporting who calls you and any information you may have about the call to share with other forum users. It is highly doubtful that your callers are reading here also.

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

Report your callers here:

They claim that they have to talk to me about my account, however I have no account and before their calls I never even heard of Ameriloan. It is clear that they are a scam company and they want personal information before they will even talk to you "about your account". Do not be fooled once they have this information they have you in a net and you can be trapped for big bucks. Report them to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau it is an agency under the FTC.

They called my work today,1-800-503-8028,his name was Colton Parker, when I asked what the call was about he said he was from Ameriloan-an on line pay day company. When I explained to him that I have never had any dealing with his company, and have never applied for a loan,he kept asking me for my social security number so he could look up the information. When I refused to give him the information, I was told that he could not help me. When I told him that if he took the loan out in my name, that this was fraud, that had nothing more to say to me. So I have gone and closed all of my accounts and will now be changing my phone number, per my bank and police department

Insane to add that when they first called again last month they mentioned that I had a loan back in 2011 which was the exact same date from the first go round this is the ALLEGED loan is the one I just paid off last year. I can't possibly owe it again.  Please never use this company for anything.,lastly I want to add that these people were calling from different numbers and when I would ask who was calling they initially could not say. They would say hold on then come back avoiding my question. Then when I Asked for the contract. They sent me a blurry contract with a different account number than the one I had to fight for them to put on my letter of satisfaction.

I had a situation last year with this company. They claimed I took out a loan and because they were able to verify my account number I was not able to stop them from depositing money into my account  and the thy withdrawing t more money than they were depositing. They claim the loan was 200 but they were taking money out of my account consecutively way beyond the 200 I allegedly owed them. once they receive the payment I requested a letter saying that the debt was Satisfied. They said I don't need a letter stating that and refused the letter. I then called again and requested it again. They sent me an email with no letterhead logo and no account number. I have never received anything unofficial before. I requested that they resend it with these things on the letter. All they did was add an account number and forward it to me. it didn't get to me for two weeks after I requested. Now a year later they are calling my job.I told them that that alleged loan I had was paid for already and they cannot call me here. It is affecting my job and that I will report them.  They keep calling and telling our secretary the nature of the call. Now staff members  know my personal business.

They called my office saying something about a loan.  They were instructed to not call my office.  I have no idea who they are or what they want.  I would not give them any personal information and that upset them.  I don't care.  They also use this number 888-847-5148.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I was scammed out of a lot of cash and now several months later, they're trying to steal more! I took out a loan from this company almost 6 months ago and they took automatic payments out of my account once a month for almost four months. They did not tell me specifically what the loan interest would be until AFTER I had taken out the payday loan. Long story short, they took 60% interest from my account until I was sent an email saying that the loan had been paid off. Today, they called me and left a message asking to call them back in regards to verifying information on my checking account to "pay off my loan"! They've even called me at work.... Wish I knew how to get my money back, but at least I can warn everyone else!

Here is a link from the BBB:

http://www.bbb.org/tulsa/business-reviews/pay ... ami-ok-38001857

This shows the address and that the company has a "government action" against them.  They also have a rating of "F" and they are NOT a BBB accredited business.

I had many issues with them and found that there practice on collecting loans that are past the statute of limitations is illegal.  Whatever you do, do not agree to make any payments, do not state that you do owe them money or that the loan is yours, and by all means NEVER VERIFY YOUR INFORMATION WITH THEM.  Once them confirm your information, they will never stop harassing you.

AML keeps on leaving messages on a general work voicemail box. I am out from work because of a medical condition and my co-workers keep calling me that they called. Does anyone have an U.S. address so I can send them cease and assist letter before I have to go into the hospital?

Does anyone know what their address is in the US? I need to send a cease and assist letter so they will quit calling my work leaving detailed messages to where my co-workers/managers listen. If they need to get a hold of me then they can send me a letter or collection notice. It is against the Fair Debit Collection Act for them to discuss this matter with others than me. Please let me know if anyone has a valid address because they will not give it.

I keep getting calls from a guy named John with AML.  It is Ameriloan.  I made a huge mistake 5 years ago and took out a stupid $300 payday loan.  I paid it in full within 2 months and I have recently been receiving calls that I owe them $300 plus interest.  WoW!  I don't think so.  I think these people are up to their eyeballs in financial trouble with civil suits filed against them and they are looking for ways out.  Be very careful!  Do not give them any info!  We are also receiving calls at work for another individual who does not owe them money either and those calls were completely relentless.  We finally began telling them that she no longer works here and it has stopped all the calls.  You might give that a try.  Good luck to everyone.

Ameriloan they refer to themselves... I applied for a payday loan but never received a confirmation and/or I didnot sign a loan application. They deposited 300$ into my account and I had no clue... I thought it was the deposit I made previously made thus I spent the money withdrew 270$ thinking I'm withdrawing on my own deposit.

I'll filed a police report...given "Wells Fargo" the police report number and as my "PREVIOUS" Financial Institution they have take a position of hands off. No I must file with the Attorney General's Office, State and United States, FDIC and the FBI.

They give a call back number of 800-503-8028 which just shows as a landline and no business name... I spoke with a man who said his name is "Nathan!"
I skip-traced the incoming ph# 918.442.9158, goes back to "AML out of Oklahoma City, OK 73102.. No address. Refer to the following link:

https://www.sos.ok.gov/corp/corpInformation.aspx?id=1910227141

There status with the Secretary of State is Inactive therefore they are possibly operating illegally. If they call you, call you local FBI Office and file a complaint... Also call you local and/or state police dept and do the same... Be sure to get your case #'s in all instances.

This number is from a debt collector for Ameriloan. Ameriloan offers cash advances on-line.  Believe me, don't use cash advance/payroll advance places.  Borrow money from a friend of family member if possible.  The interest rates are crazy.  I'm paying it off a little each pay day, and won't make this mistake again.

it's a scam. they are trying to get money from you that you don't owe. they keep calling my place of business and asking for my employee, who has never gotten any loans at all, ever. Just be careful who you give information to. I keep telling my employee to call them and tell them that if they don't stop calling the place of business, he will sue them. that helps for the most part. The first scam like this was from a different loan company, which is not real. I can't emphasize enough to be careful. this is definitely a scam.

A man named Jay called our office looking for an employee. He was very rude and played dumb when I asked what the call was regarding. The man he asked for is a maintenance man and makes frequent calls to vendors so I thought it minght be about an order or something really important. When he didn't give me the information I asked him what his company was and again he played dumb. I can appreciate a debt collectors job. They need to get their money but not at the expense of being ugly to someone who didn't borrow the money. I did call and speak to his "supervisor" but who knows if they even care

Getting a lot of calls from this number. I never pick up. I know it's a scammer. I've been getting scam calls, due to the fact of getting scammed in June '2010.
Everyone beware. You can also file an online internet complaint at www.toogoodtobetrue.com - I have several complaints there myself.
These people are based out of India, and somehow someway they get USA area codes and just start dialing. Be careful!
It's AML or Ameriloan. Never did receive a loan from this company.
