Left repeated messages on my cell phone (those are MY minutes) regarding foreclosure and calling them back to avoid foreclosure. Called them back to request they stop calling - answered "hello" - asked if a business - response: Yes, this is TNT Financial are you calling to reduce your credit card debt or avoid foreclosure? - When I said no, I'm calling to request you stop calling me, they hung up. Called back and asked for a manager, they put me on hold and transferred (different voice) - same thing as a above. Called a third time and said I've been hung up on twice and I really need to speak to somone - bam, disconnect. I found 2 other numbers on my list of missed calls that are showing very similar reports when I googled them they are: 702-520-1272 and 402-982-0750 - BEWARE!!!!

missed called...called back busy signal....no answer

The name left from the recording was a Mike Herald, same thing as other reports. I called the number, the low-life punk at the other end of the line called ME a jerk and hung up on me when I asked to speak to a stupid-visor. Called back, phone line went to immediate recording and when some low-life scum answered, they immediately hung-up...I think my next call to them will be to play along to a point and hang up on them...along with turning over to state attorney general and put the word out on radio of this rip-off agency who calls themselves fine line financial...

Caller left message that I was in default and they were forclosing on my house- -I am NOT behind- -
Scam- -I think, no clue who they are, but anyone that will not even leave a name isn't worth the effort, life is simple.

Received several calls from this number on my cell phone-I am being charged for these calls-very annoying! Will try Rick's trick.
gn 2009-11-05 01:35:07 Unknown
Got the same exact message just about an hour ago. Sad that someone could play another like that, falsely. I'm a single mother of 6 children and missed my 2nd mortgage payment, so at first the message was a relief to hear and then, I'm really glad, I thought it was too good to be true, so i started looking into it. Extremely glad i didn't call back.

I just received a call from 1-402-982-0664 telling me to call 1-800-506-3006, because my house was in the process of foreclosure. Sorry "Mike" but we paid cash for our house! Kind of hard for a bank to take it when we own it and have NEVER had a mortgage out on this property!
KT 2009-10-14 00:41:20 Unknown
Received similar message as above from 702-502-1102 from male caller leaving cutoff message telling me to call to know my rights and how to avoid foreclosure by calling 1-800-506-3006. Ummmm.....I don't own a house. I don't have credit cards. I don't know what is wrong with these people.
Veronica 2009-10-03 03:57:20 Unknown
I had two messages on the voicemail of my cellphone. It obviously started before the beep because it was cut off and all I heard was something like "3006 to avoid foreclosure, call immediatly, the number again is 1 800-506-3006". Sometimes if I HAVE to leave a number for something I'll give my cellphone to avoid telemarketers on the home line. I assume that's how they got the cellphone number, unless it just randomly dialed numbers. Any type of bank or credit card company gets the home number, not the seldom used cellphone!

I also got a phone call from 800-506-3006 from a man allegedly named Mike. He stated that he was from some county office and that my home was about to be repossessed. Sorry Dude, my home was paid for and I have the clear title.

Yeah, I just received a call from that same number this afternoon. They left a message and I tried to call back, but the number didn't work. Their choice of words scared the crap out of me, lol. "medical forclosure, to hear about your rights...etc.." Is this a legit company? Or a scam?

Robo-call (illegal in California) saying his name was Mike Kettle from
"Intra County Records" 1-800-506-3006 "In reference to new legislation that
has passed in your county for homeowners facing foreclosure." "If you are struggling to make your mortgage payments or if you are facing foreclosure it is imperative that you call me at 1-800..."
Call came from 202-495-7138 is from the DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA. (Washington
D. C.)
My house payments are current - and never been late last 13 years...
claudia 2009-09-25 22:39:41 Unknown
same with me also...they disconnect...so RUDE!
Claudia 2009-09-25 22:35:40 Unknown
Called telling me I am in foreclosure, hurry and call them to avoid being "put out" my house!
Well, my home has been paid in full from private seller since day one! Never had a mortgage to begin with.
Disregard these folks. THEY ARE ONLY TRYING TO DRUM UP BUSINESS!
Wish I could get them to stop calling though!

Call came in on Monday evening 9/21/09. Caller ID listed Insider Events at 702-705-5063. Message was regarding "new legislation passed in ...county regarding foreclosure..." Left the name Intra County Records and the 800-506-3006 number. Told my husband it was probably a scam. Looked up the number and found this site that verified my thoughts. Checked the 702 number which says it is an unpublished land line in Las Vegas, NV.

My call (at my office) was a bit different...the message stated that there are new laws in my county to help me avoid foreclosure. Since none of my homes/properties/holdings are in foreclosure, I hung up.

I continue to receive calls from this number on a business line. We are not behind on our house payment. I have no idea how this company got my number associated with this type of call. Everytime I call them back to address this issue, they disconnect the call.
Homeowner 2009-09-12 03:49:55 Unknown
We recieved a similar call to the above posts - this is not how our mortgage company operates - If there was a problem they'd call us - not some outsider. I don't know who they are or what company they are trying to represent - but do not give them any info. Talk to your own mortgage company if you think there might be a problem.
strip 2009-09-11 20:41:53 Unknown
I called the number back and they said. "are you calling to reduce your home mortgage or credit card debt?" I said neither and before I could say another word they hung up. How do people work for these companies?

I just called the number and they hung up on me 2 times. As I attempted to get information from them and request that they be honest with me about what they were since they called me to inform me of home foreclosure, I am no where near being in foreclosure, the guy on the phone actually began making static noises at me and squawking then he said "hey dude can you stop making noises", I informed him that I was recording this call and he would be held responsible for the phone conversation, and that I would be reporting them to the BBB then he paused briefly and he hung up on me again.
