Has called everyday this month, does not leave messages on the answering machine.

Very rude caller. Isists in calling every 15 minutes despite request to be removed from wherever list they are using. My wife blantely told that they would continue calling wether she liked it or not. Who are these jerks. They should be put out of business.

i was outside when they called. the girl on the other end said the company was Florida Painting and Service. when my girlfriend attempted to take a message, the girl on the other end just hung up.

CALLS EVERYDAY. I AM ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST AND THEY STILL CALL. VERY RUDE!

This number called 9 times in the last two days. We do not answer. We are on the do not call list.

Calls frequently during the day and evening, never leaves a message.  Picked up at one point, after usual telemarketer delay phone was answered by gentleman with very poor english who was taking a marketing survey and I listened to his request before I replied that I could not understand what he was saying.  There was a pause and he said thank you.  I am still getting rung by this number at least once every 30 minutes.  It's quite annoying.

I receive calls from this number at least 3x's per day, they call my mobile phone as well as my husbands and my sons. They do not leave any messages.

This number keeps calling

The 800-507-7058 number calls every day about 5 times.  I am sick, and tired of these people annoying everyone.  If your phone is connected to cable, call the cable company, and tell them you would like a specific phone number blocked.  The company will give you all the details how to do the block.  I just tried this tonight.  It takes 24 hours.  I hope it works.

They have been calling for days, today alone,6 times. with no message.

Get numerous calls from this number.  They do not leave messages.  I do not answer these 800 #s.   They have been calling for days now. Wonder if it has to do with political elections since it is near November.  

Makes me want to disconnect my home phone number.   Who needs it these days, anyway?  (just for use with a computer, and I would have to find a different way to be on the internet).

Receiving calls every evening around 06:15 PM; the person on the other end of the call said his name was Michael but I couldn't understand him.  Last night I told the person on the other end to discontinue calling my number, I was not interested in hearing what he had to say, and that I was on the DO NOT CALL LIST.  I received another call this evening and did not answer it.  This is an ANNOYANCE call; I have requested this company not call me again but they continue to do so.  My telephone number is a PRIVATE number.

HELP this is an invasion of people's privacy - perhaps we need to get local phone carriers involved; I am at the point where I am considering disconnecting my home phone service and strictly using my cell phone.

The above 800 number is calling repeatedly for days in a row and at all hours of the day.  We do not answer unless we get a caller ID or they are willing to leave a message for us to call back. No messages-just repeated calls which we will NOT answer!

Called as late as 9:30pm. Name unavailable and thus i did not answer.I do not believe they have the right to call someone who is on the DO NOt Call List!

My wife answered but they hung-up. What the heck!

I just got a call and was asked to participate in a bilingual survey. I said o.k.. She said it would take 10-15 minutes. I said I only had 5 min. and she hung up on me! What nerve! She better not ever call back.

Apparently these people have no sense of time, as I received a phone call from this number at 9:27 last night. I didn't answer it, but how they got my cellphone number is beyond me. I know debt collectors aren't allowed to call past 9pm, but survey takers are allowed to? Doesn't seem right.

Received a call from this number only to have the other side disconnect once I answered. They immediately called again and informed me that they were conducting a Florida political survey. They followed with the information that they have enough information from my area and they would not need my input. They promptly apologized and disconnected. Strange.

I just received 2 calls from this number at 6:37pm and 7:31pm >.<. It is quite annoying..

I received calls from this number four times on sunday evening at 6:24 p.m.; 7:03 p.m.; 7:35p.m. and 8:24 p.m. I'm guessing that they're either soliciting funds or selling something, but they're being incredibly intrusive and ANNOYING!!!!!!!!!.  Who are these unscrupulous, sneaky people? Any one of you reading this know?? Please help. Thank you.

they called me like 3 times last night. i finally answered. turns out they conduct public opinion polls for NBC news and the wall street journal. i was asked a slew of questions about the current economy and how the president is doing. i finished the poll and that was that. they haven't called back since. i don't mind taking surveys like this so i wasnt really bothered by it. but if they call me again within the next month i will tell them to take me off the list.  i still don't know how they got my cell phone number, maybe its on my voter registration i can't remember for sure.

Called 5 (five) times in less than 3 (three) hours on a SUNDAY.  Trying to have an unejoyable dinner with family and guests but phone kept ringing. Never leaves a message and when I finally did pick up they hung up.  Hope they NEVER call again.  I will NEVER answer.  Last call was 8:10 PM.  Unbelievable!!!!!!

These people have called my house half a dozen times today. I answered two times and it's the typical delay of nobody there from a telemarketer. I keep hanging up but they keep calling back. It's been increasing in the last two hours, sometimes within 10 minutes of each call now! I just called it back and went through their automated removal process. Like other stated, they claim that market research and political surveys are not exempt from the national do not call registry. >:-O

I was called 8 times today by this number.

this # has recently started to call my home. 2-3 times a day. It would come in as unavailable on caller ID but the # still showed. I finally decided to answer to day and after i said Hello a few times all they did was utter hello repeatedly in a low voice and hung up. kind of like a prank. I called the # back and did the automated requested to be taken of their list. It seems like some sort of research company. I don't know if this is their ploy to get recognition or if some telemarketer in the company has gone bad.

Received 2 calls from this number within 1 hour - answered 2nd call and was asked to complete survey - ok...was asked to identify the high speed internet and cable companies I have "heard of" from a list...ones that have, do, or will in the future provide service in my area...I said all of them - I don't live under a rock - I have access to TV and advertisements...I did ask what the purpose of the survery was and was met with broken english mutterings...so I have no idea what it was about...after just 2 questions I was told that was it...we shall see what my future holds and what kind of scam I just got sucked into...

This number has called approximately 6-7 times within 2.5 hours. Calls began around 5:30pm and the last one came in shortly after 8pm. Called the number back and received an automated message, allowing you to request that your number be removed from their list. Requested. About 10 minutes later, another call -- this time I listened and gathered company information before politely asking to be removed from the list.

After googling the company name, turned up the following web site: http://www.hartresearch.com

I just called it, it said they are attempting to contact me for a market research. After listening to all of the options in the automated menu system, there is an option to remove your number from the calling list within 48hours. It also stated in the menu that since it is a political organization that the national do not call list does not apply to them. I put up another post reguarding how well the do not call me option works out.

We've received calls from this number three times today, alone-- at 5:36 p.m.; 6:03 p.m.; and 7:16 p.m.  And they've been calling for days.  I'm guessing that they're either soliciting funds or selling something, but they're being incredibly intrusive.  The policy in our home is that if a caller is unavailable on caller i.d., so are we.
