Am getting charged for premium texting from this #.  How can I cancel?

I keep getting messages from them! How can I stop it?

I received a 9.99 charge for a couple of months for "Casualite Alerts", "Itelia". I called AT&T about it and they put a block on charges from this service and refunded me all of the previous charges...

Just got my cell phone bill, and there was a $9.99 charge from this company, I never heard of them before! I called AT&T, they are crediting my account for the charges, and apparently they charged me again yesterday, so they are putting a stop to it. The customer service rep that I spoke with was GREAT! She credited the charges, and then AT&T has a free service they offer where you have to enter a pin for any subscriptions, this way companies can just charge you for things you didn't subscribe for!

I did not notice that verizon was charging me since August 2010 $9.99 for a service from too lazy.net. I never signed up for this service, never agreed to it, yet verizon claims that they are not responsible for a third party charges and they will not refund the money.  I can't belive that verizon is supporting this fraud.

I just went through the same thing.  I called verizon. They told me to text back to that number and send the message "stop"  He also said I wouldn't be billed the 9.99.  Good luck!!   RonJ

I called 1-800-FREE 411, as mentioned in David Pogue's technology column on the NYT. I was simply trying to get a phone number for a company, using this "free 411" service. I immediately got a text message saying I had signed up for Casualite Horoscope Alerts but could end the service by texting back STOP. I did that immediately, and got a text back confirming that I had opted out of the service. I had never agreed to accept the service. There was no warning on 800-FREE 411 that I was signing up for anything.

However, I saw an extra $9.99 charge for data on my next Verizon bill. I called Verizon, and the rep confirmed that this was a charge from Casualite for "premium" services. When I explained the circumstances, the rep had me go through texting STOP again, though I could see the whole string of messages with STOP and the reply confirmation. She then credited me for the $9.99 and blocked these "services" from my account in the future. This is a scam that probably keeps moving around from one number to another.

I had the $9.99 Premium Text messaging billed for both my Verizon phones.  I spoke with a great rep at Verizon who credited both bills and blocked my account for the future!

I continue to get text from this individual PR - Too Lazy Ý47941¨ I immediately type STOP and the text continue. I have complained to my cell phone company and am continually charge $9.99 for each text nothing is stopping this. Anger is setting in and I am on a fix income and these text are annoying and costly.

Charges was sent to my phone from this company and I did not text nor subscribe to this services. I do hope this business (too lazy text alert) would stop.

Yea my phone is a pre-paid. . .and like I put my number on some AD's through goarmy.com and it started spamming my phone and charged my account for the remainder that I had left. . .
