looked them up on misternumber.com and it says: 1-800-214-0652 is not a valid number. If you are sure that you got a phone call from a number beginning with this prefix, the caller may have 'spoofed' caller ID.

Caller said she was calling from Special Olympics/Dial America.

Never answer numbers I don't know. They can call all they want because it's not my money.

Still calling.!!!  Usually call at 8pm.  Comes up Toll Free on the ID.  This Do Not Call List is a Total Joke.!
I do wish something could be done about all these harassing phone calls.  Usually get 2 or 3 per day from "Caller Unknown" with local Phoenix numbers.

This number just started last week... they are starting to be a pain.  Seems that last week it was from some Financial outfit?  Insisting that you owe money and to send them $1600. immediately or you'll be in big trouble.  Yeah... right.!  I don't have any over due debts.  Ya know.... what ever happened to this "Do Not Call" list.!!!  I'm getting calls from so many different numbers that are all bogus.  I report them but nothing seems to be getting done to stop this harassment.  Telling them to take you off their list seems to be a joke.  They just keep on calling.

Yup, they just called but left no answer. Went on my Ooma blacklist and now they get a "phone disconnected" message. :)

Just got a call from this number. Caller ID says "Toll Free". Claims to be Special Olympics & want my credit card number to subscribe me to a magazine

Received a call today. They did not leave a message.

Been receiving calls numerous times a day for the past three weeks.  How on earth can this be stopped!!  I am tired of being harassed.  And to think that I am on the "no calls" list.

Received a call 3/19/12 at 6.50 pm. when I said "hello" some man rudely said "really?" and hung up. I am on the no call list and this is not the first time I received calls from this number.

Geez..thats funny! now they claim they are the Special Olympics and collecting money for charity for the special event. I just told them that I am surviving off of $600 a month social security, and he said sorry to bother you. But it also cmae up across my caller ID as "Toll Free"

I answered this time! Charity for Special Olympics!! JUst told him that I don't have enough money to donate..and that ended the call. But please note that the caller ID showed "TOLL FREE"

Called me Aug. 17, 2011, with offer of free estimate.  Aked them why they don't respect the do not call list..they hung up.

These are some jerks calling for "Action Painting" a company in Phoenix, Arizona. They have another number, local, which is 602-502-0752. They left unintelligible messages and were extremely rude when called back. Claim they have a system glitch so they can't screen numbers on the Do Not Call list, which is a bogus lie.

Filed a complaint against them (one for each number) and encourage you to do the same if they call you. Freaking dirtbags.

Called on March 24, 26, 29, and 31. No message left on my machine. I have no bad debts, so I'm guessing it's a "charity" or telemarketer.
