IF YOU GOOGLE THE NAME SCOTT BORUTA IT SHOWS HIM ASSOCIATED WITH NUMEROUS COMPANIES. IT SEEMS HE JUST OPENS NEW BUSINESS ALL THE TIME TRYING TO FIND WHICH SCAM WILL WORK BEST FOR HIM AND TO PAY FOR HIS BIG HOUSE AND BMWS AND FANCY LIFE STYLE WHICH HE TRYS TO HAVE.

THIS MAN CALLED MY PHONE DEMANDING MONEY FROM ME THAT I OWED A CASH ADVANCE LOAN. HE SET-UP A PAYMENT TO ACCEPT MONEY. AND WE DID IT, BUT NOW WE KNOW ITS A SCAM. IT WILL BE JUSTICE TO ALL MEANS.

Just to let you guys know this is a scam and if you gave him any information for him to processing anything you need to get in contact with you bank or contact your local FBI or police department and report this number as well as the company and the name of the person that contact you I hope and wish you guys the best of luck that what I had to do

I am a friend of someone who is in the "industry" with Scott Boruta and word is that he has collection agencies coming after him about his collection company. Ironic isn't it. He doesn not pay his bills from the sounds of it.

What number did you call? Did you talk to Scott Boruta? He is probably never there and out enjoying everyones money!

Please be careful if you did give them any payment information, i.e. visa or debit card number. After I received the refunds I started to get calls again from these people claiming to be whatever was in their script for the day. But they were now claiming that I had another payday loan, different company. Could not get them to give me any real information. I finally told them that if they couldn't send me a statement and proof that I received this money or even applied for it that I was not going to pay and would continue filing complaints to the States Attorney for each phone call I received.

They actually processed payments on my debit card without even telling me, therefore without authorization. I called my debit card holder and they said I had to contact them for a refund before I could file a complaint. I called them and basically told them that they had no authorization, etc and I did get the refund but before I could take the money out of my account they processed another one. My debit card bank did make a claim and processed a chargeback. Then they called and asked me why I did a chargeback...these people are nuts!!! I have since received a new account number and have not received a call for about a month. So I will just have to wait and see. Get new account numbers!

I called the Scott Baruta Legal Group and told them that these payments were a part of a fraudulent series of calls. I tried to be very calm and state facts and that I had a lawyer (which I did not). Stated that I had already made claims in writing with his information...as well as all the numbers and names I had...to the Colorado States Attorney, Consumer Division. He go very rude and insulting...abusive is a better term. But I would not let it go and he finally refunded me all the payments and told me to get a lawyer because I was going to need it. Threats threats...blah, blah, blah.

Look up laws for your state and where you make fraudulent claims and use that information in the call to Scott Baruta.

How does someone who had their house for sale as a short sale think he can scam others who supposedly aren't paying their bills when he can't pay his. Just plain wrong.

I am currently dealing with scott baruata... i filed a complaint with bbb.org. I called and spoke with kendall on transactions done to my acct months ago that i discovered were not mine she said 3 would be refunded. today i saw one so far was in my account. But i had a bigger amount that they refused to refund and said it was my fault so i am filing a complaint on them. They also are known as Sanders Legal Group as well.. so be careful

I GOT A CALL FROM THESE PEOPLE YESTERDAY AND TODAY.  THEY MUST THINK THAT WE'RE REALLY STUPID TO BELIEVE THEIR NAME ARE SO AMERICAN WITH THEIR INDIAN ACCENTS SO HEAVY YOU CAN'T UNDERSTAND THEM.  THE FIRST CALL, FROM A "ZACK", TURNED INTO A SECOND CAL FROM THE SAME MAN NAMED "DAVID BROWN".  THEN I WAS TRANSFERRED TO A MAN NAMED "JOHN PETERSON".  THE PHONE NUMBER THEY CALLED FROM 530-589-8181 IS A MAGIC JACK NUMBER AND THE FAX NUMBER THEY WANTED ME TO SEND VITAL INFO TO 206-666-5143 IS A WASHINGTON NUMBER.  PLEASE DON'T GET SCAMMED BY THESE HORRIBLE PEOPLE!!

Anyone lately had to deal with Scott Boruta? is he still scamming people?

i have given these people over $900 of my hard earned money thinking that my loan had been sold to a different company.  anyone can see that the ppl that call from "blocked" numbers as well as the 8005181226 numbers are working together.  i just wish i had noticed it sooner. i have cancelled my debit card, had a new one issued and am now seeking legal advice on how to recover the money.  this is the worst kind of scam...people get payday loans because they really need them. i was unfortunate enough to fall for this load of bs.

I'm very mad also with this scam that there doing to all of us. They got $506.00 out of me on 12/10/10. They threatened me also. I'm going to my local authorities and also fill out an complaint form to the FBI. I want this man and all of his workers to pay for what their doing to folks. He isn't going to be living large while the rest of us is struggling trying to pay for something that's untrue. Lets stick together in catching the head leader and bringing down the rest of those guys. I want them caught and to pay for all of their actions.

I had the same thing happen to me how do I get my money back?

This is rediculous. BUT I did get the "company that processes the payments" to refund my $200 that I gave them. I researched the debt they were talking about, called the company and asked them if I had an outstanding balance and if they sold the account. The people I talked to confirmed that my account was current. I gave them all the information I had, i.e. names, phone numbers, scripts from messages, etc. They had their lawyer investigate the numbers and they also served the Scott Baruta Legal group a Cease and Desist order. I didn't realize that this had happened when I called them for the refund...he was incredibly direspectful, insulting and very angry; but he did process the refund for both payments. The refunds posted to my account on the 4th business day. I have since called my bank and asked for a new account number and Visa Debit Card. They also informed me that the numbers that all the calls are coming through are going through routers and that they are more than likely over seas...which I suspected.

I also had the extra payment processed to my account that I did not authorize. I contacted the 800 number and got that refunded too.

so weird that the amounts are $389? i smell something really fishy!
