We are monitoring calls for a relative while they recover from an injury, and they got a call from this number on their cell phone at 2:00 AM! I don't know of ANY "legitimate" company that would make any type of call at 2 in the morning, unless they are from "somewhere else" and have no idea what time it is here, in which case, whoever they are, I don't want to have any interaction with them because they are STUPID!

1st bank of Delaware no longer exists. They are tied in with cash call an illegal online payday loan. This bank was closed due to failure to honor banking regulations regarding money laundering. Do not pay them anymore money. Surprised they are still using this bank name

Actually, you sound like the good scammer!!!

Never send a moneygram to a payday lender if you was suppose to have paid it by checking acct, from automatic withdrawal, something is wrong, for instance the payday is illegal in NC. Don't pay these cons a dime you don't have too, close out your checking acct fast as you can making sure all other outstanding checks for other bills have cleared get an new acct no. and new bank if thats what it takes they cannot take you to jail, its illegal, I had a con to tell me the only way I could pay this back was to send him a moneygram by 10:00 that night and call him back the minute I sent it, anyone knows thats a con man in the working, they cannot force you to do that so don't. That goes to show that payday loan was illegal. Don't let these criminals intimidate you.

they called us today 3 times and instead of identifying themselves they ask who they are speaking TO. If what the other people say on here is who they are. We never had done any business with this bank, nor ever got a payday loan, nor any other loan, nor owe any debts at all. we are on dnc register and we refused to talk to them. we hung up

I applied for a loan with Plain Green Loans a few months ago. I've made a few payments but now it's getting harder and harder to pay off. I'm behind just one payment but they keep calling. Don't apply for any internet loan. It's far more worse than any pay day loan and pay day loans are bad enough. Better yet never ever get any kind of loan unless you're purchasing house.

Go look at this info: http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/paydayloan/illegal-pdl-dealings.html and do a little research on what your state laws say, and then send the letter that is at this link to them. You will have to repay principal amount, but more than likely no interest depending on state you live in. I know in Alabama, you would only have to repay principal amount. This is not a scam or anything else, it is legitimate help from an attorney, with no fees or anything required to get the info, it is right on the web site.

If you never signed the loan agreement, they cannot collect. For that matter, they can more than likely not collect anything except the principal amount even if you did sign the agreement. Go look at this info: http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/paydayloan/illegal-pdl-dealings.html and do a little research on what your state laws say, and then send the letter that is at this link to them. Sounds like Blonda must work for those sleaze-buckets. I wouldn't do that if I were starving! I'm sure they DO monitor services like this to see how far they can push it, and how much their victims will tolerate!
Blocked!! I owe them nor anybody else ZIP! But that doesn't matter to them! I'm sick of the repetitive harassment at all hours.

And those crooked companies should be shut down beyond recovery. If they behave like roaches, they ought to be crushed each time they show up.
| TL 2012-12-05 22:30:04 Unknown |
Yea, oops. Please do not be judgmental if you do not know all the circumstances. There ARE crooked companies out there and it is not always the average persons fault. Pls think before you post. Thank you.

Tell me, Kathy...
I have seen many ebsites and comments on here and different blogs that indicate that even if you do owe these people money, they cannot collect. The information I received is that their contracts are heinous and in violation of local usury laws if you are in the USA.
They cannot do anything but try to litigate, regardless of wha t they say, but if you'd like to know a better way to illude them, reply to my post.
Good Luck,
JF

Just moved in and set up a new phone number when the very first call is someone looking to collect on a pdl that I do owe on, but have yet to receive any communication from the pdl co themselves. Strange the pdl co has my email and my mail is forwarded to my new address and yet, I get this call looking for payments from an unknown source NCS who is looking for a payment arrangement for the pdl loan co I have a loan which is outstanding. At first I agreed to make payment arrangements using a gift card instead of bank info, but then it occurred to me .... this is a new phone number and I have not given it to anyone!! How could any collection agency have my new number?? Then my family members received calls regarding me and summons to court and I never gave that family member contact info on any loan apps. Now, I've changed my number again and am on the do not call list and this morning I get a call from this 800 number and I don't answer, no message is left and I hit call return a voice answers the call, giving no company name just asking right away for my name and address and I hang up. I've sent an email to the pdl.com I owe money too and requested a settlement and address to send payment without any response. I don't know what to do and hate that my family members are receiving these calls too! What to do?? I admit I do have outstanding debt and I do want to pay my debt off, but have no idea how and am not willing to send payments to unknown callers who claim to be collecting for a pdl I owe when I have nothing to verify that they are in fact contracted to collect on any owing outstanding debt. I've been told the case number is going out to the processors and I will be arrested, that they will come out to my employer for me etc... I have left a voice message with NCS on the extension that was left and left a voice mail that I needed a letter verifying the debt and address to send payment to via money order or certified check and received a callback later with a message stating that all payments must be electronic a gift card was fine, but that there was no address to send payment. My bank acct has been overdrawn over 800.00 and closed. I want to pay my debt and have no idea how or who to trust, even this blog site I'm sure is trolled by the scam artists throwing out further advice sounding so legit etc.

Or they call you when they want to scam money out of you with some outdated or pretended debt. Oops!

They may represent many companies - but one of them is Plain Green payday loans. They only call you when you don't pay like you're suposed to. Oops.
