This is not a scam, I talk to the lady and it was a loan I did and forgot about it so you people need to stop playing and calll these people before legal action starts, take ownership of what yo did.....OK

I received a call from Ms. Jay and I honestly think it's a scam. I find it odd that she is the only person who ever calls. She claims that the name of the company is payday collections. I am not giving her any of my banking information or any other information for that matter until I find out 100% that this is a legitimate company.

This party just called my work looking for me.. Demanding and rude. She wanted the number to human services.. I assume as a way to intimidate me.. I gave her a bogus number.

I don't know who this company is.

It wasn't a call, but a charge on my bank account. My bank said this was the phone number listed.

This was listed on my bank account.  PAYDAYCSTSRV-PDT 8005186270.  This is a ripoff.

This company took $400 dollars out of my bank account. When you call they have the same represetative answer the telephone that says customer service how may i help you. When asking question the young lady get upset and hangs up the phone. This is a scam. I don't know where these people are getting your social security number from. We need help to stop the identity thefts and scammers from scamming us out of money. This has to stop. I going to contact the Attorney General. I was told that you would have to go the a legal process for example go to court or get garnished to pay back a loan. This is not legal.

This number showed up on my bank statement and the amount matched the amount of a transaction I did over the phone to pay a CIGNA life insurance policy.  No one from this number called my home, it just appeared on my statement.

i do legal collections among other things this company is somehow speaking to my people making arrangements taking money the lady ms jay doubt its her real name seems very shady they seem like a scam for sure they wont say who reffers them or anything and that is coming from a collector i would take whatever legal action i could if the payment isnt authorized that is against the law
