I've been getting calls (plural) from people claiming to be Chase every day for almost a week. They woke me up almost every morning. They kept getting annoyed when I insisted that they prove that they were actually Chase. Eventually, one of them actually gave me a number to call them back (1-800-524-9761). I called the number on the Chase website and, when I finally got a real person to talk to, they did confirm that this number is really them.

I just got a call from them. I beleive it might be chase like you guys are saying I've recieved called from ppl claiming to be chase and the numbers they give dont work. I called chase and they had no clue why i was getting these calls

This number calls sometimes 3 - 4 times a day, leaves a message but the message is blank.

This is an automated number claiming to be Chase Student Loans. They called my house 2 or 3 times today. I was a little unsure because something didn't seem right, so I called Chase using the number on my statement and it actually was Chase calling to let me know about a change on my account status. The lady I talked to was very nice and apologized for the repeated phone calls and said she would put a notice on my account so that the automated system would not call again.

Chase Student Loans. A lady by Mrs. Williams was very rude and very nasty. She even hung the phone up on me! And when I called back she happened to be the same person to answer, and she was even nastier. People like her don't need to answer phones or be in a customer service industry. She really pissed me off!

I receive about 2 calls every day from that number. When I answered the call it prompted me to hit keys to choose a language, ... Yeah, calling me and trying to force me to follow prompts when I don't know what the F the call is about. Supposed to be Chase student loan dept. I have a small loan through them that is in deferment. I called them using a different 800 number and they have no idea why their organization would be calling me. Called the number directly and waiting for someone to answer ................ snooze
