They just called me.
That's why I googled their number.

Caribbean Cruise lines called to say I had won a $500. cruise; what a joke -- you can hardly get away from the dock for that kind of money. They do have a website, and they are located in Miami, Fla., but do not belong to the Better Business Bureau. (wonder why) I did reach a very busy call centre, by calling both 1-800-619-0592 and 1-800-922-6313, and, not surprisingly agents who responded to the two calls both had the same greeting: "Hello, who is this?" I do not regret my impolite telephone manners in responding to the male and female on both occasions. But I was most civil when I reported them to the DNCL at the Canadian Radio-Television and Telecommunications Commission's "centre of excellence." (oh my)

Got a phone call from them and I mistakenly answered a survey. The lady was rude and I told her I was busy and to call later. The next day a man calls me and says asks if I was still interested in the offer. Then he told me the details which were very vague and didn't give me any details of the location etc. Then they kept saying that it was through word of mouth that they got reviews (suspicious) I asked if he could send me an email and he told me to write it on my phone. Then he immediately asked me for my credit card number. I was taken aback because if I had one a "free" cruise" why does he need my credit card number. I told him (truth) that I didn't carry my credit card with me everywhere and then he got really rude. He told me "would you forget your wallet if you went to the carribean. obviously not. then he kept asking me when I would be home next and I told him not till midnight. then he said "you're taking a bus home now and you'll be home at midnight?" I never mentioned I was taking a bus home. then he started yelling at me to just give the number. then he got another man to get on the phone and he said "maam... this only is going to be offered to people with credit cards with them and then they hung up. If they were really giving me free ticket word of mouth reference I would tell them to avoid these people because they were really rude. Bad way to get people to give you their credit card numbers if you are going to be a***oles.

They almost got me too, something told me to Google these numbers. I never called back anyways. But they keep calling me. But he left a number 8006190592, but I went to voice mail details and the number was 800-529-9866. His name he gave was Mark, but get this the same man and voice called me and said his name was Mark William that I was approved for$10,000. LOL WOW. HE PLAYED LIKE HE WAS CONNECTING ME TO THE OTHER PERSON AND I TOLD HIM TO WAIT UNTIL TODAY WHICH IS MAY1, 2014, FOR ONE VANILLA VISA CARD TO CONFIRM THAT I CAN PAY MY MONTHLY AMOUNT. GET THIS I SAID CAN YOU WAIT A COUPLE OF DAYS HE SAID OK, THEN HE SLIPPED UP AND SAID YOU CAN REACH ME AT 5512005734 MY NAME IS MARK WILLIAM BUT I WAS SUPPOSED TO BE TALKING WITH HIS PARTNER, BUT I SAID OK TO THROW HIM OFF. THANK GOD FOR GOOGLE AND PHONE TRACKER AND THAT NUMBER FOR MARL WILLIAM IS THE 10,000$ LOAN

I have blocked the 800-529-9866. I just received another call from that same number. However, the caller I'd showed 305-587-2555. This is an area code in Florida. The cruise line has spoofed the phone number. I have filled a complaint with the FCC for the 800 number. Now, I will file a complaint for the area code 305 number. This is a scam and harassment. I'm going to take legal action. I strongly urge others to do this also. And file a complaint with the FCC. Web address is FCC.gov.

Keep getting the call saying I won a free cruise from a contest I supposivly entered on line. It's a female voice she does say her name but I can't recall it and she also leaves the same message on the answering machine when we are not in. The last call I recievd was yesterday and when she started her spiel I hung up.

This number calls my cell at least three times a day. I have never answered yet, since I don't ever answer unknown calls. I decided to google the number. So glad I did! Thanks to all the comments about this being a scam, I will definitely NOT answer now and report them to BBB.

do a reverse ISP and track them down to their office building ,..then sit outside their office and wait for everyone to come out ,.. follow them all around for a week see where they go , what their routine is , who their friends and family are , then slowly and intentionally hunt them all down one by one ,sneak up on them ,.. kidnap , assault and torture their entire families ... and anything else you feel like doing to them ...but of course if you get caught you could end up in prison ,.. so do it and get out quick and don't get caught ...and if you do ..your completely on your own ... :) I'm only fantasizing about what I would like to do to them ...of course if enough psycho's read this ... it could happen .

Woman keeps calling me to tell me I registered for a free cruise and I won. She is rude and demands to know my name even though she is the one calling me. It's a big scam!

Will not answer this as I do not answer numbers I do not know.

They keep calling me a guy and a girl from different numbers also. I told them to send me info thru mail a month ago never got info they just keep calling. Wonder if they paying taxes on all this money they are scamming people who send them. Someone should report them to IRS and Consumer Affairs.

This number is calling me and stays ringing for ever. Its kind of ad for a 2 night cruise.
Gary 2014-02-16 20:59:52 Unknown
I receive about 6 calls a week from them....for about 3 weeks now. It is usually from a "Jennifer" saying she is from Caribbean Cruise Line and to call her back at 800-619-0592 to confirm the free cruise or to "punch #1 on my phone" to not receive these calls again....I have done neither....I did contact Caribbean Cruise Line and they said it was not them! proof it is a fraud! Do not like that they know my name and address!

Additional note:
Through some googling I found another number (from their BBB page) which I just called and spoke to a real person! (they claimed it was their reservation center - 1-800-586-6693) I told them I was being harassed by this company, they were calling once or 2x a day for weeks, that I would like the calls to stop. This idiot laughed, asked if I wanted to speak to someone else, to which I responded no, I've just spent 20 minutes wading through pages of complaints and scam reports to even find this number, I've filed complaints with my local authorities, and that I want to be removed from their call list. She laughed and hung up.
Called back and spoke to another boy who told me to "Relax. This is a scam how?"
Clearly such a fraudulent company - sounded like I was talking to an incompetent 12yo.
FreedomF 2014-02-12 18:48:15 Unknown
They're still calling everyday - have the number blocked so it just rings once and hangs up on these scammers, but it is still really annoying. Did a search of their scam company ("Donna" at "Caribbean Cruise Lines") and found:
Linkedin profile for Donna Higgins (Lopez) - Marketing at Caribbean Cruise Line:
http://www.linkedin.com/pub/donna-higgins-lopez/26/40a/627
Don't know if it's her, but it puts a face to a much hated name :P
Also found tons of hits on ripoffreport.com from fellow annoyed people.
Off to send another complaint, because this is definitely harassment.

I made the mistake of pushing a button, when the machine called my cell phone. After doing that, I was receiving daily calls, along with messages, stating that I "won a free cruise." I managed to trick the automated machine calling my phone by picking up the call (in a quiet environment, room, etc), waiting a couple of seconds without saying anything, then hanging up. I found that this has stopped the daily automated calls (for a while at least), as well as prevents the machine from leaving a voice mail.

This number (despite still being blocked on our homephone and always disconnected the second they call) continued to harass us this week too. Once at 9pm in the evening. Time to send more complaints.

Got three on my calling service from them. Thnx for the warning, and no need for me to call them, then. THere was also another number they asked me to call back... 1(800) 619-0592.

Thanks for posting your comment. Do you know how difficult it is to get that into people's heads? You cannot win a lottery you did not enter, or buy a ticket on. If they say you entered a draw, but cannot say where, what does this tell you? Major phone sellers, and social media sites do not have lotteries. As soon as they ask for money up front, you know it's a scam. You NEVER pay money to get money. If people would just take a 10 minute breather, think, it becomes clean: SCAM.
Think Again 2014-02-07 19:28:54 Telemarketer
Think about it, why would someone want to give you something free?
I selected yes and a month later someone called me back, I asked "how long this would take" they hung up on me.
Bottom line, do not disclose personal information over the phone to anyone.
I could call you saying that you won a free trip, would you divulge all your personal info?
Do not fall for telephone scams like this one.
FreedomF 2014-02-04 00:47:14 Telemarketer
This scam is ridiculous - despite blocking the number on my phone, these losers are still calling once or 2x a day. They're literally getting disconnected every time they attempt to call, but they still continue to try & harass my phone line. I also get calls around the same time on the same days that they call from "000-000-0000", so it seems to me like they are desperately phishing for someone to fall for their crap.
I have filed complaints with the CRTC, and every other available outlet I can find re: fraud (for both this number and the other one they claim is associated with their "company" - 1-800-922-6373) but am seriously starting to lose patience with this robo-bi*** "Donna".
trish 2014-02-01 02:02:40 Unknown
they called yet again, and yes I have asked to be taken off their list. Now they know they have a 'real person' so I guess they'll harass me even more often!
trish 2014-02-01 02:01:35 Unknown
and then they called half an hour later!!!
