you must be a debt collector.  Besides, look at the economy.  Most people who are late on their bills because they CANNOT pay them, not because they dont want to.  They are worried about food and shelter.

They called my employer and tried to get my check garnished. What scams.  Of couse, they were told what to do and where to go by our payroll department.

Keep calling 2,3 4 times a day. No message just call my office.  Look up says same as above comment. Very annoying.

Said they needed my last four numbers of my SS, and I politely refused to give it, so they got very rude.  I knew something was up then.  When I got the message, they left this 800 number to call back, but my caller ID said 952-738-0325.  Is this a scam

No, It's not a scam. I can understand why they would get frustrated.. they have to deal with people all day long who dont want to pay their bills... by the way if your the person their trying to get in touch with, they askd for last 4 of your ssn to verify you are the correct person so they dont give out your personal information to a stranger. They did that for you benefit. PS- If you paid your bills, you wouldn't have to worry about it anyways!

I did some research, this is a scam this is not a accredited debt collection agency and it pretends to be a real one. I get calls on bills that I do not owe.

Just got the call yet again. I used your list of the "Top Dogs" in the company and asked them if Jerry put them up to this. She was like, "Jerry who?" I said, "Hogan."

She put me through to Jerry's voice mail and I hung up. In hindsight I should have left him a threatening message but I sorta blanked out. Let's see if they call back now. I will report back. Thanks for the info it made for a fun call. :-)

They're the same scammers, but now using 800-530-3915. So be advised.  Also, it's showing up as "Toll Free Call". Same thing; many times daily (except holidays it seems). We're a debt free household, so I can only hope their repeated attempts add up to a nice costly phone bill for them! :)

No debts, new phone number not given out and didn't get listed in a phone book for 8 months, and yet this scam operation, using multiple identities and numbers, including FAMS/Allied Interste/Dial America/Not Traceable, calls about 75x a month for months on end.

This is a collection agency and, yes, they are very rude!!!!

This number has called me 1 - 4x/day, except Sun's, for at least 7 months.  I never answer as they don't ID themselves on Caller ID, I have no debts, and I certainly wouldn't do business with any co. that hides its ID.

I keep getting two calls a day.  They never leave a message though.  I am waiting to receive one anytime.  I am not going to answer if they dont leave a message first because if they dont leave a message then they dont really want to talk to me.

I've had a similar issue but the (800) 530-2613 number is on my id. When I called back they directed me to (800) 530-3915 ext. 2651. If you figure out who this is or what they want please let me know!

This number calls at least twice on a daily basis.  It sounds like a recording, female voice w/ and accent; this time, it asked "If this is Marie, please press 1;" and when I did that, a very unprofessional male voice came on and said I have a delinquent bill, when I denied it, he said four random numbers and asked if they were the last four digits of my social.  I told him no and to stop harassing the wrong person.

they call 3 or 4 times a day. when I answer they won't tell me why they are calling. they say they have an important message but I never hear it.

So I get a call from "Ms. Jackson" this morning asking to speak with someone who happens to be related to me, but does not live with me.  I found out she's from "Financial Asset Management" but she wouldn't tell me anything else.  I took the message for this family member of mine, but when I checked my messages a few hours leaving, noticed she had left three messages on my phone since I spoke with her this morning.  I called back and requested she take me off of her call list and she said she would not do that.  She went on to say that she could call my house anytime she wants to and there's nothing I can do about it.  She told me I could cuss until I'm blue in the face and that she would just send me a bill for $1,000 per profanity since it's illegal to swear on a federally regulated phone line. HA!  NICE ONE MS JONES!  A little quick number search online shows that they collect for AT&T/Cingular Wireless

Auto calling people many times a day for weeks and months is harassment (with stress on the second syllable).  Business practices like this would be outlawed if congress wasn't bought and paid for by greedy, amoral, corrupt, lobbyists; but I digress.  This Financial Asset Management company occupies the same economic strata that money changers did in the temple 2000 years ago, or divorce lawyers or ex-Enron CEOs fill today.  In an ecological niche, they would be leaches or tapeworms, parasites hungry for an unwary host.  No, I take that back, more like wolves that pretend to be sheep.  Yes, desperate and depraved, mangy, red-eyed wolves, learing at your house, pacing to-and-fro in the dark corners of your lawn.  Looking for an overlooked unlocked door or window and rummaging through your garbage when clouds obscure the moon.  Whoops, there I go again- digressing.  Beware these people and tell them nothing.  Don't be phish food for these bottom feeding info-carps.  Get PhoneTray Free and block 'um.  "Fight the Power...Fight the Powers that Be..."

I have caller ID, so I don't answer, but they've called at least twice every day - for a month or so, I guess. I'm not in the mood for an argument, so I don't bother to talk to them, but it is bothersome jumping up from my work to answer the phone, only to see that it's these people. Again.

We get calls from this number everyday. I thought at first that I wasn't getting to the phone fast enough because they had always hung up. Today I answered it on the second ring and they had hung up. They must want you to go for the bait and call them back which I am not doing, nor will I attempt to answer the calls again. Thanks for providing the info as to who this is making these annoying calls.

This must be the worst collection service in the world. I get the same two calls each day and I'm so sick of it but I know if I answer and tell them to stop because they have the wrong person they'll argue with me and keep calling. My voicemail clearly states my name is Gavin not Robert! I hope since they are so terrible at what they do, they'll go out of business and stop calling me. There should be a law agaist this kind of junk!

I get the same call. I had a call last night at 8:23 and 8:45pm.  I can;t believe these people can call at any hour.

This number comes up on my parents caller Id when I answer the phone no one answers back.........

They keep calling me 2 or 3 times a day and when I pick up the phone there is no one there.

I have no outstanding bills.  These callers are very strange.  On my cell, it rings once or twice a few times a day and then hangs up itself.  I have a different number at my home and they call daily (2-3 Xs) and leave their name and number and ask to call them back.  That's all. No business name, no name of who they want to speak with, no reference number or extension IF I were to call back, and no info. on what it is regarding.  I think it is the same people.  Yeah, like I am really going to call them back when I don't even know what it is regarding.  Get a clue whoever you are.  I am so glad to see that everyone knows not to accomodate these types of losers that don't have anything else to do with their lives. But I am very curious on how they even got these numbers.  They have to be snooping around in some personal business to get all these numbers of people who don't know them.  I bet they only get paid if someone actually talks to them.  You know, like some kind of contest.  "I got to speak to two people today! Give me my paycheck now."  I wonder how they sleep at night?

I got a missed call and a voicemail on my cell phone. It was a recorded voice mail and they asked for someone whose name I can't even understand. They obviously have the wrong number.

the bypass calling and go directly into our voicemail and leave this telephone number and nothing else!!!

They call my office several times a day asking for Alexis Jefferies. I called and asked them to remove my number, we'll see what happens

Answered once, told them wrong number. What a bunch of losers. I don't think they understand English - they keep calling - but what for? I'm not who they are looking for; good greif.

In Texas a debt over four years old is uncollectable. These folks keep passing "it" around the office seeing who can catch the prize. The amount is only $2.68 because of a late posting by the bank. Let them rot.
