Financial Asset Management Systems keeps calling here. I've asked them several times to not call but they keep trying. Don't know how they got this no. Their phone no. is 800 530 3941

Wanted to discuss a bussiness matter for another sibling. Called 3 times, dont know how they got my number.

they said it was about collecting a debt. I know it's not me. sounds like a scam to me, never called them back.

They called me at my office and asked for me to verify my address and date of birth, but would not give me any information. I do have outstanding debts, so I assume this was a debt collector. I was given a name and extension to call back, but I don't see that happening.

I always answer and they don't say a word. So if you call them back, please ask to speak to a supervisor and tell him about this report site and that his employees are not really working at all. He should set up a monitor to record the calls and see that whoever keeps calling me, clams up and says nothing, nothing at all.  We filed for bankrupsy, so they are breaking the law by calling us. If they really want their dept paid, they should hire me and pay me to call them over and over again, without speaking a word.

Got a call today looking for my ex. would not tell why she called, said she was not a creditor yeahhh right he owes a lot of $$$$$ on CCs.
He would be happy to speak with her, she claimed......

Received a telephone call on a Sunday at 8:05 in the morning.  Answered only because I didn't want the ringing to wake up my little boys.  This was the 4th call in two weeks.  I tried calling back to give them a piece of my mind, but was directed to an answering service.  The message was a computer speaking and we can't even understand who they are asking for, but it is certainly not us.  Then, the message is repeated in spanish and says if we don't hang up then that means we are acknowledging we are the person they are looking for.  Regardless, I left them a message and demanded for them to stop calling immediately.  This makes me so mad.  We are not delinquent on any of our accounts and never have been so I wonder how they got our home phone number.  I wonder if the Federal Trade Commission can help with this.  Does anyone know how to remedy this?  The name of the company, per the answering service, is Financial Asset Management Systems.

Recieved a call from this number at about 6:30PM.  I don't answer numbers that I don't recognize...especially now that I'm delinquent on a couple of accounts.  My guess would be some low-life debt collector.  Anyways I figure that it's not too legit as they didn't leave a message...I don't respond to those...too many scams out there.

Several times a week, including every Saturday morning we get calls from this number looking for someone named "Roberto Sanchez" or "Yolanda" somebody..  This cell phone number was assigned to us by AT&T, and I am guessing it used to belong to one or more of these folks who are now being hounded by collection agencies.  In any case, when we explain these people are not us, they tell us they "can't take us off their call list".

Caller gave the name of David Wilson, and ext. 2165
Called on a collection of debt, was harassing and threatening.  Managed to know things about other family members.  Wanted payment over the phone via bank routing number.  

When friend called the number several days later, the same individual answered (no extension was entered)and sounded like they had been woken up by the call.  

A week prior a woman called from that number, I requested a written report so that I could send a check by mail instead of by phone and she refused.
I never received any documentation from them since.
