I just saw this same number on my Discover statement, from Scottsdale, AZ,charging me $129.85, and another from BIZSYTM, same place, for 39.85. Tel. 866-4176350. I never heard of these people, and never ordered anything from them. I hope there is no trouble reversing the charges.

same problem here and I need my money back cause I never ordered for anything as such I DON'T EVEN DO WORK AT HOME S*** =. Why would any company not send you an email when you are billed? I was billed $144.19 on the day I needed money from my debit card can't someone stop these b*****ds because it's obviously a scam and they should lock any company that sells your credit card details.

Ok, got someone, took awhile, but she was polite and said it was there mistake and I should have a refund w/in 5 business days. Gave her my name and she found me in the system and said i signed up to see how to make money w/ebay, which I did, but I also canceled, and they had that too, the guy who canceled it made a mistake and it's all taken care of, even got a cancellation number.

When you have a charge dispute, banks generally want that put into writing. That's because the lawyers like it that way. The bank should still suspend the charge in the meantime (so it doesn't figure into their compounding interest equation).

The lawyers like it when you say 'I, (your name) state that the following charge was invalid...' because there are people out there that will dispute valid charges, hoping to get their items for free. When you commit yourself that way, if you're found out, that's fraud and you could be looking at a hefty fine or time in stir.

If you just made a phone call and tried to defraud them, you could later say that you forgot about the charge, you made a mistake, you don't know who called, etc.

It is inconvenient, but the protects you and the card from fraud.

I ALSO WAS CHARGED FOR 39.85 ABOUT TWO WEEKS AGO AND 129.85 JUST YESTERDAY! THE FIRST TIME I CALLED WELLS FARGO THEY PUT A CLAIM ON THE CHARGE AND FOUND IT TO BE UNAUTHORIZED SO THEY REVERSED IT. THIS LAST TIME THEY TOOK THE STEP OF CLOSING THAT DEBIT CAED SO THAT THIS WONT HAPPEN AGAIN. WELLS FARGO ASKED IF I WOULD BE "WILLING TO PROSECUTE" AND THEY HAVE BEEN PRETTY GOOD ON DEALING WITH FRAUD FOR ME IN THE PAST... GOOD LUCK TO THE REST OF YOU, AND LETS HOPE THESE GUYS GO DOWN HARD !

i got a call from someone in "customer service", no company name or anything, saying that they sent me an email with all of the info i ordered. i received a charge on my card for the 39.85 and did not order anything.(and i never received any email from anyone?)  when i called they would not give any information besides that they worked with many internet based companies, which did me no good. i cancelled the account that they say i had but never signed up for and now i am fighting with my bank to get it reversed. so much fun.

Hello!  I had the same experience.  But, they also got me for 2 additional charges of $39.85.  When I called, they were very rude and treated me the same way.  I had tried e-mailing my credit card company and have had no responses.  I plan on printing out this page with these comments and copying my bill in hopes of getting the credit of over $200.00. What credit card company did you have and did they give you a credit?

I never got a call from this company. I was checking my credit card balance on Tuesday, when I discoverd a strange transaction.  I was debited from my credit card for 129.85 from this same 1800-530-6819 number. I know that I did'nt order anything. I think the call originated from Arizona, at least my statement says AZ, US so I assume it came from Arizona.

How they got hold of my account info, I don't know.  Maybe my online information is not as secure as I thought.  I can't find a name for this "company" and when I dialed the number, it just rings.

I called my credit card company to report this bogus transaction and they are investigating it.  I certainly hope it does'nt take 6 weeks to get my money back. I hope to get my money back.

I hope someone catches the b*****ds who are doing this and put them so far under jail that they'll never see daylight again.

I will not use this credit card again.  Why give the idiots more of my hard-earned money?  I will make sure from now on, that my online transaction information is more secure from theft.

I WAS CHARGED FOR A PRODUCT I DID NOT ORDER.  THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME THE NAME OF THE COMPANY BUT JUST SAID IT WAS A KIT I HAD ORDERED FOR HOW TO WORK OUT OF MY HOME.  I NEVER ORDERED IT AND NEVER GOT A PRODUCT.  THEY SAID THEY COULD NOT REVERSE THE $129 CHARGE.  SO I TOOK A DIFFERENT APPROACH AND ASKED THEM TO RESEND THE PRODUCT, WHICH WAS A CD, FOR $129.  (SINCE I HAD PAID FOR IT OR SO THEY SAID I WANTED THE PRODUCT.) BUT THEY SAID THEY WERE OUT OF THE PRODUCT AND COULD SEND ME NOTHING.  SO THAT'S THEFT, STRAIGHT OUT.  I CALLED MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY ONLY TO FIND THAT THEY NO LONGER REVERSE SUCH BOGUS CHARGES BY PHONE.  YOU HAVE TO WRITE THEM A LETTER, NOT AN EMAIL, BUT A REGULAR MAIL LETTER AND SEND TO THEM WITH ALL OF THE FACTS.  IT TAKES 6 WEEKS TO REVERSE THE CHARGES IF THEY CAN DO IT AT ALL.
