This is the second scam that has tried to contact me. A year ago it was collections for At&T. I have never had either phone service. THIS IS A SCAM GIVE THEM NO INFORMATION ABOUT YOURSELF. The scammers use the name and info of a real company to get you to think they are legit. Both are rude and irritating. I found the best way to deal with them is to be rude and racist back to them. They mess with me, I'm gonna mess with them. Also tell them the cops are tracking your phone for this number because you filed a complaint, it slows the calls.

Constantly call my phone looking for another person named Jared. Called them and clarified that I was not the individual they are looking for. They claim they have taken my number out of there system but they have not. Extremely rude when I called to have this done. Can you file suit in this situation??? I am sick of getting there calls. Idiots

I was a Verizon customer for 10+ years. We went in to get unlimited texting for my teenage son. The first bill was $1300. I contacted them as soon as the bill arrived, and they stated we signed up for the unlimited Verizon-to-Verizon texting, but not to everyone. I told them when I was in their store, I was specifically told it was "unlimited" to "whomever". I offered to pay for the plan that would have covered what I originally thought I was signing up for. They refused. After much arguing, their "best offer" was to reduce the bill by $400. Not good enough. After 10 years you'd think they'd want to keep a good, loyal customer. So pre-pay, here we come. And Verizon will collect on that bill over my dead corpse.

I just answer the phone and set it on the table. Sometimes I play elevator music in the phone. So they have never actually talked to me but they still call.

I wish these people would stop calling. Have they not figured out that if we dont know the number, we wont answer the phone, and that also applies to the numbers we do recognize. Sometimes people just dont want to be bothered.
| Janice M Brown 2011-08-31 15:28:06 Debt Collector |
These people were extremely rude. They threatened to adversely affect my credit rating. I kept calling them back and they hung up on me 3 times after I asked to talk to a supervisor.
My contract with Verizon was up in Feb., 2011. I did not renew my contract and told Verizon that I no longer wanted their service. I went to a noncontract phone with unlimited talk, text, and web for $45.00 through Walmart's Talkstraight.
This company should be dissolved AFTER they are forced to compensate each person they have harassed.

I've recieved many calls from 18005351572 and called them back to see what they wanted and they were very nice and apologetic about calling. They said that would take my number off their call list. They were from Miracle Financial. Now I just hope they DO take me off their list. They were looking for the person who had my number before me.

My business has recently started receiving these calls, out of the blue. They always end up going to voicemail, where a pre-recorded message is left demanding that someone call an unnamed company and reference a ridiculously long account number. My advise is to register a complaint with the FCC. They have online forms you can fill out specifically for situations like this.

They left a message on my husband's home office number (which has been a fax number for 7 years) asking for a person I had never heard of. I will be directing a letter to them and sending a copy to the state attorney general. This needs to be nipped NOW. When I googled the number, it came up as a collection agency.

I keep getting calls, from this so called financial company, looking for a David somebody. My phone number is unlisted and I keep telling them that this "David" doesn't live here and I tell them my name. "She" asked how she could get a hold of him and this was the number he given to them. I just about lost it. I told I don't know and not to call this number again. Also said that I will be giving their number to whoever and file a complaint.
Where do I go next?
Thank you =)

They keep calling our business for an employee that hasn't worked here in almost a year. It's a recording, and doesn't give an option to speak to a "real" person. We get this recording 4-5 times a day. I tried calling the 800 number to request they stop calling, but got a recording that disconnected after telling me to "please hold".

This collection company by the name Miracle Financial has been calling me every day since I lost my job and listed my resume on job seeking websites. I'm making payments once a month now on a bill in the amount of 195.00. Are they that hard up for money that they need to hound an unemployed person who is paying what they can on the outstanding medical billl? I thought they weren't supposed to harrass you or place your account in collections if you are making payments?? I don't know what else to do!!

I have been getting calls for a couple of months. for two different people's names. who I do not know ,never heard of them.We have had this number for 7 years.! the stupidity of it is, that they say, if you dont hang up, you are acknowledging that you are John Doe ( thye give the name of the person they are looking for).Well, at the time we are listening to the message , it has been recorded on our machine. We are NOT listening to it, when they leave the message.!They are not the sharpest crayon in the box whoever they are!
Someone please do something about this fly by night company.

I get a call from them everyday. Its funny because i broke my contract with verizon for very bad customer service. They refused to fix my phone which was not working due to a manufactorer error. They wouldnt even offer me a new one. So we switched. We talked with the manager and she said that all our bills would be taken care of and we wouldnt have to pay them anything. They lied. Stupid verizon.
