I got a call from this number after I was in the middle of a phone call to France and we were cut off. We tried to call each other back twice and could not get through although both of our home phones were fully charged and working. The audio to our conversation was cut off after "Hello" both times. And after that this number called my phone. I picked up and it cut off.
