Called between 5 and 5:10 this evening.  Recorder picked up and they left no message.  If it's Publishers Clearing House, I've never ordered anything from them and owe them nothing.

This caller called me tonight April 17, 2014 at 8:38 PM which I thought was a bit late, rang the phone twice, left no message, did not leave their phone number, did not identify who was calling or what they were calling about.

Received call at 5 p.m.  Did not answer and they did not leave a message on recorder.

No message is ever left. If its publisher clearing housr I wont be using them anymorr. I dont owr them anything.

I received a call from this number and caller id showed INVALID NUMBER.  Just out of curiosity I answered the call and a woman came on asking for me.  I asked her what it was in regards to and she said it was for Publishers Clearing House and that I owed over $200 and demanded payment.  I told her I had already been in touch with Publishers Clearing House and that I didn't owe over $200 as she stated.  She kept demanding payment by credit/debit card and I told her I refuse to give any personal information over the phone and I hung up on her.  So far I haven't received anymore calls from this number.  I know what I owe to PCH and made a payment plan with them to pay my bill off.  I mentioned to them about the call I got and they confirmed that it was a scam.

This company contacted my parents home...I haven't lived there or on the west coast In 30 years.  She said they left several robo messages.  I called them and they had incorrect address and names and were trying to collect from my parents for something I never ordered or received.  They only started this over the holidays.  When we called them back they immediately said they would remove the charges.  It is obvious this company scams people.  Beware

Received a call from this number last night just after 7pm. I didn't answer not knowing the number so it went to voicemail. The message left was from Publishers Clearinghouse, with an acct # to reference when I call back or go to their website pch.com/manage.  I have NEVER had any biz with PCH and don't subscribe to magazines. I know this is related to a collection agency issue that is beyond the statute of limitations. A man contacted my place of employment a couple of weeks ago claiming to be a process server who was serving papers on me regarding a collection matter and that I needed to call this same phone number to pay off the collection account or they were going to have an officer arrive at my office to arrest me in 15 minutes. I told the "server" to meet me in my parking lot at work at noon that same day and bring the paperwork with him that I wanted to know the name of the company who hired him - guess what - no show! I had a similar incident at work earlier in 2013 and I fought it with written complaints and I will continue doing so. DO NOT fall for these threats, collection agencies cross the line and in my case they broke over 10 of the rules and regulations listed on the FTC site.  I am going to keep filing complaints and keep on fighting!!

These fools keep calling us at all hours of the day/night, even on days they aren't suppose to call! We have NEVER ordered anything from them. They claim that I ordered 2 frying pans from them and have to pay for them, when I never ordered any such thing from them. In fact, when I get brochure mailings from PCH in the mail, I toss it in the trash! Why on earth would I purchase such cheap products from them when I can get them from one of our local stores for less and no shipping! We've had to threaten to call FCC and our states Attorney General. They stated today after my husband finally went off on them that they removed us from their system. Let's see how long this lasts.

A lot of times phishing scammers will pose as legit business. PCH uses a third party debt collector who is not allowed to say they are PCH but that they represent PCH. If a debt collector calls and says they are PCH, hang up. Report the number to the FTC at WWW.FTC.gov as the number calling you is a scam. They are trying to get your credit card info and banking info. PCH is a legit business, this phone number is NOT. Protect yourselves!

Received call this morning regarding balance of $32? for blue denim.  We pay all our bills owe no one and when I asked for specific she could not give me any.  Indicated they only known amount due and not any details!! Told her not to call back and if calling someone regarding an overdue account (which we have NEVER had) she should be prepared to supply information.

I just received this same call from this number 800-542-9453 and they said there name was Kevin from the Publish Clearing House and when I called the number back the recording said You have called Publish Clearing House where everyone wins. I thought if you won you found out when they were at your door..

Caller id has them as publishers clearing house picked up the phone no one was there, so I listened to their line with my phone on mute until they huge up. I had nothing to do so I had the time.

They do searches online to find info about "client" and relatives. Someplace she's connected to you online! Call them and tell them you will file suit if they keep calling you.

I keep getting calls from this number.  Above the 800 number, the following numbers come up.  6462057741 9453, all of these a hang up calls.  I have reported it to my phone company and put blocks on my phones, however, this number shows it as a landline coming out of New York.  I seriously think it could be a scam or someone trying to get into your computer or credit information.  If anyone know of this and who is making these calls, please report it and send information to this web site.

Calls our cell phones at random intervals, weeks apart. If we answer, it beeps once and immediately hangs up. Perhaps looking for a machine (fax or modem?) or just recording which numbers are answered by humans? Either way, it's added to our "Never ring, never answer" filter list.

No Caller ID Name.  Left no message.

Liz,    all you have to do is turn the ringer of your phone off when you go to bed at night.  You can turn it back on when you get up in the morning, problem solved.

I blocked the call....they only call monthly and my phone hangs them up

Why are they calling us?????????????  They wake us all the time and we can't sleep all 4 of us work different shifts and it is very annoying.  Someone please help us what to do about this?

Do Not call again!  They call 6 times a day and nobody is on the other line.

I always get a call from this number also, it ALWAYS WAKES ME UUUPPP. & i have a sleeping disorder that once i wake up i cannot go back to sleep. It really needs to stop i am tired of this stupid number calling me all the time, its so annoyinggg!!!!! Does anyone know how??????????
