Message Left on my machine: "No. Thank you!"
I think this is because my greeting is: "Thank you for calling. Please leave a message after the beep."

These people are plain rude, I?ve asked them to stop calling me at work but they won?t quit; when I ask to give me their information so I can send a written request to stop the calls at work they refuse. They claim they don?t have my home number, but they do, because I?ve received 1000 calls to my house! This Erika lady, she thinks people don?t know their rights and asked me for my supervisor?s name; she can?t tell my supervisor my personal matter, that will only give me ground for a lawsuit. I really wish I can win the lottery to pay this people and stop harassing me; or more realistically a better job that pays more and my family to get a job. Times are hard.

Repeatedly calling an elderly aunt asking for a nephew that moved out of state 10 years ago. This lady is 65+ and has lost an arm to cancer and facing knee replacement surgery...leave her alone! Keeps asking for this nephew or his attorney to contact them...we have no contact with the nephew and want NONE with them! Calling back says they are "PNB" and call may be monitored.

Foreclosure does not begin until you have missed three payments. (It can be delayed if you have your home listed with a Realtor and an offer for the bank to review.) Depending on the state you may have a certain time period even after a Sherriff Deed or foreclosure to try and reedeem your home from the bank.

I ALSO AM BEHIND ON MY PAYMENTS TO WASHINGTON MUTUAL,HOWEVER I HAVE BEEN MAKING PAYMNETS FOR THE PAST 3 MONTHS BUT THEY SENT AN "INSPECTOR" TO MY HOME. ALL THAT HE DID WAS HAND ME A PIECE OF PAPER WITH THIS NUMBER ON IT. THEY WILL NOT GIVE ME ANY INFO OVER THE PHONE. HOW HAVE THEY HANDLED YOU IF I MAY ASK, HAVE THEY STARTED A FORCLOSURE WITH YOU? I AM WORRIED AS I THINK AN INSPECTOR MEANS THAT THEY ARE CHECKING OUT MY PROPERTY IN ORDER TO START A FORECLOSURE, HOWEVER THE "INSPECTOR DID NOT COME INTO MY HOME. I AM WONDERING JUST HOW YOU KNOW IF A FORCLOSURE HAS STARTED. THANK YOU FOR ANY INFO THAT YOU CAN GIVE ME. CINDY: ridinryan@cox.net
