Your state board provides them with information; this is a B2B company so they are not subject to the same DNC list as consumer services providers.

CPE solutions is a B2B company; meaning your state board has given them your contact information that's on your license (usually work/business number). We don't know where you get your CPE since that's not something thats indicated in your license.

They contacted my cell number to get me to buy CPE products. I said no thank you. I called back later to ask them where they obtained my number from and she said she had no idea. She asked if I was on their Do Not Call list and I said, "I'm on the FTC Do Not Call list". She seemed to have no idea what I was talking about.

Folks, all you need to do is to go to www.digitone.com and get a Call Blocker. Cost: about $100.00 with shipping. Benefit: BLESSED SILENCE on your phone if you do as I have done.
1. Install Call Blocker.
2. Turn on the "First Ring Suppression" feature (you won't even hear the phone ring until Call Blocker recognizes the caller as one you have expressly permitted.)
3. Turn on the "Block ALL CALLERS" feature. This one stops ALL INCOMING CALLS unless they are on your PERMITTED CALLER list. You can have 60 numbers on that list.
4. YOU'RE DONE. Now, none of these various A***OLES can get through to you.
By the way, I DO NOT work for this company, nor do I receive any compensation for putting this information out. I do this because I just love to CRUSH THE DREAMS of everyone of the SCUMBAGS who work for these companies.

Reported to TBPE (Texas Board of Professional Engineers) in Austin, 512-440-7723. Apparently their hands are tied unless they Actually advertise as offering "Board Approved" courses because there are No Such Things.
Anyway, they have called 3 times in 18 seconds the last 2 days. Even though I have the software (PhoneTray) to handle this it still seems to be Unprofessional. I would urge any PE to at least report this.
Yes, we are on the DNC List (Huge Joke).

If they are not showing a fake phone number then they are a Texas Board approved continuing education provider for Ethics. Not sure where they are located but I'll get my ethics courses elsewhere. Called my personal work number.

Call our business several times a day, dead air for approx 10 seconds, then they pick up the call saying "hello"? Real professional. Finally I asked who are you and the reply was is that how you answer your phone, asked for a partner at our company and immediately hung up. May be calling for a legitimate company but this is a boiler room full of idiots. HELLO?

Called my work phone. I missed the call, but got a voicemail with no message--only faint talking/office sounds in the background. Google search confirms it's the number for some sort of CPE credit group.

They're trying to sell you CPE courses. If they are unfortunate enough that I actually pick up I usually let them know I don't buy anything from anyone unethical enough to call me at work (which is on the do not call registry) to sell me something. I get all my CPE through my employer so can't possibly have done business with them previously.

When I answered the phone, they hung up. Then 1 minute later they called again and hung up.
