Called 3 times already in one week at 2am all three times.  I called back twice just to get voice mail.  the third time got a hold of Christina and asked to be taken off their call list, as I did not want my home rang at 2 in the moring.  She replied with an attitude, " We only call businesses".  I explained to her that all the "home based" businesses like mine really do not want to be called at 2 in the morning as we are sleeping.  We shall see if it stops.

I got the voicemail on 10/25/2007, from 727-264-0250 (Caller ID -- INTNL RESORT), but they said to call back this number of 800-545-7394 x250, concerning International Resort Properties, saying that they had news that I had some timeshare property to sell.  Here's the info that I googled:

My Father, who died in February 2006, who has the same name as me, had some timeshare property(ies) in Tennessee and possibly in Florida, but I have no records of this, so I'm assuming that this is a scam.  I called it back tonight at 6:15 p.m. CST, and got a recording that their business hours are 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. EST.  Hmmm?  Smells fishy to me!

"Christina" said she was calling the police on me when I continued to call and ask the name amd nature of the business.  She claimed I was stalking her.  I hope the authorities call me.  
Does anyone know how to find out who these people are so we can press charges and follow with a civil suit?

Received Robo call from Winston Harold Boyer today at 3:13 PM.  We are also on the DO NOT CALL LIST and a private residence.   The messsage received was as follows; "This is Winston Harold Boyer. We have information that a lawyer representing someone after your money maybe about ready to file a lawsuit against you.  The lawyer also maybe trying to access your banking information If you do not protect yourself you could lose everything.  We offer free advice on how to protect your money and other assets. For further details call 800-545-7984.  You can call 24-7 all information is kept strictly confidential."  

Tried to call back but received a message that all representatives were busy.

My home number as well as my cell phone number is on the DO NOT CALL LIST.  Yet and still I get a phone call at 11:30pm from Winston H. Bowyer or Sawyer, whatever his name is talking about someone is trying to sue me and take my money.  That's all fine and everything, but why the heck are you calling me at 11:30pm to tell me this?  I initially thought a friend or family member was hurt or something.  Whoever this company is, they are gonna pay dearly when I find out who they are!  I'm saving the voice mail with that robotic dude's voice as evidence.

4 AM Robocall. Some lawyer trying to access my bank account and assets. Winston Harold Boyer or something like that. Home-based business + lots of fun hearing that in the wee hours. I did not call the number. Assume scam and no cooperation to get them to stop calling.

Same story.  Winston Howard Boyer called me at 4:00 am on the button.  Not only did it wake me (after having worked until 2:00 am) but I couldn't go back to sleep because I was mad and wondering who or why someone might be filing a lawsuit against me.  When I find out who this is, I WILL file a lawsuit!

I run a home based bussines and got a call from (800) 545-7984 at 4:30 in the damn morning i thought somthing had happend to a family member or somthin. i called the number and she knew what i was wanting as soon as i called and whenm i told her that the conversation was being recorded and any further contact from her would be considered harasment she hung the phone up on  me

I called this number after a message was left in the middle of the night on my number.  It was the same message from "Winston Howard Boyer" that the person above received.  When I called back "Christina" answered and would not tell what the businesses were attached to the number.  We got in a screaming match and she hung up on me.  So, I attempted calling back to get through to a manager and she said she would report me for harrassment!  I called my bankto report the call in case they were trying to get into my account.  Hope this helps someone else.

Left a message on our office answering machine at 7:30pm, obviously after office hours.  Left same message that GA reported - someone is tring to file a lawsuit against us, and access our bank accounts, etc.etc.  Caller ID showed up as "Private Number", but number left for return call is 1-800-545-7984.

After-hours call (5:46 PM) advising that someone is filing lawsuit against us to collect a debt we have not paid, and are attempting to access our bank account number and withdraw funds without our knowledge....like, is this a veiled threat of extortion, or what???

Our office has received several phones from 800-545-7984 between the hours of 12:30am and 3:30am in which voice messages are left.  To respond to the previous complaints, it doesn't matter if they are calling a business or residence telemarkets (by federal law) are not allowed to call after 9pm.  If a message is left, they are not allowed to attempt to contact you again for three days.  If they speak with you, they can not contact you again without your permission for seven days.  If your on the do not call list they shouldn't be calling AT ALL!  You can contact your state Attorney General's office to file a formal complaint.  You may be able to sue the company who owns the phone number!

Call came in from 800-545-7984 at 4 AM. It's awful to hear the phone ring at that hour because you wonder "Who died?" We didn't get to the phone in time so they left an automated voice mail. I called today and spoke to Christina who said, "We only call businesses." I said we are not a business, we are a residence and she replied again with, "We only call businesses, give me your phone number and I'll take you off the list." I replied with, "I'll be happy to do that after you give me the name of your company so I can report you to the National Do Not Call list because our number is registered." She wouldn't reply further. My husband got on the phone and asked for her supervisor but she would not reply further and would not identify their company. We have the voice mail and don't plan to erase it until we find someone who can identify them and we fill file a claim. 4 AM is still only 7 AM on the East coast, too early for phone calls.
