Have gotten two calls from a "Mel" (never gives her last name, very professional, you don't get her last name on her voicemail either). She leaves vague messages asking for me to call her back at 1-800-522-2342, ext. 66993. I don't owe anyone a penny.

bill swanson ext. 68459 called my relatives after numerous cease and desist letters.  I never even had any citibank accounts.  I am reporting him and citifinancial to the bbb.

Left a message on my answering machine claiming to be a local company (which is illegal). This call was actually from CitiFinancial colections department. Said to call them back at 800-552-2342 ext. 66999
