No answer

Received 5 phone calls. Was asked to call back. Called back few times. Was waiting first time for 25 minutes, second time for 12 minutes, but nobody answer. Wish to say something "very nice" to those people in Hertz rent a car company, who is responsible for it and keeps their customers busy with no reason!

Last time I use Hertz to rent a car. They use an automated system to call you asking you to call them back with a reference number that they rattle off so fast you can't even write it down... that is if you are even ready to take a call like that where you have to write the information down. Their employees certainly have time to make these calls, three of them were sitting on their a***s twiddling their thumbs when I rented my car. Glad someone else's insurance is paying for my rental.

I don't get a live person at that number on hold 10minutes then 20, then call local location and they don't understand why I'm getting calls. Frustrating.

Hertz keeps calling my private unlisted phone number to inform me that I have not returned a rental car.I never rented a car from Hertz

Hertz rental car recovery...I have spent over $50,000 in the last five years on Hertz rentals, and once in a while, the paperwork from the local Hertz rental agent I use, is not properly filed. When this happens, the start calling and harassing me to death, "looking" for their vehicle that has been properly checked out and FULLY PAID FOR!  I call back the Oklahoma City number they leave for me, wait ten minutes for someone to pick up, at which time I get a nasty attitude.
