I have been receiving phone calls from this 1 for the past 2 weeks as a debt collection agency and it is a recorded message to call Ms. Unger at the 1-800 phone number gave me a reference number 2W1B7D. the recording would not disclose who this debt collection company is or evan where this call was coming from

We have received calls from this number continuously for the past week. They call every 10 minutes for a few hours at a time morning noon and late evening. There is no one on the other end and the call disconnects. Very Annoying indeed.

Yeah I just got a call from . I didn't recognize the number so I just hung up. I have been a citifinancial mortgage customer for about 4 years, and never missed a payment. Sure I've made use of the grace period a few times but only because I was too busy to write the check. Anyway I just refinanced with them and they told me my first payment would be in August (which was not true). I received a bill due now in July. I sent off the payment but it is going to arrive a few days late (but before the grace period of course). I assume this call was to remind me that my payment was due earlier than expected.

for about three weeks now i've been getting this recorded message from an unknown call. i usually hang up since no live person is on the other end to talk. so finally, out of frustration i listened till the end of the message. their company is called "NCO financial Systems" and they say that i have some debt that i owe. and i don't owe anything. plus my number is on the do not call registry. would really appreciate your help on this matter.

A guy said he is calling from ARS and needs to verify my mail address. Refused to tell anything else until I verify. I hung up. According to my research ARS is a collection agency .

This person called me and identified himself as an attorney named "Mr. Slate". He stated I had an outstanding debt and that notifications were sent to me to an old address. From there he bullied me into emptying my account for a partial settlement after he told me there was a lawsuit pending. He was rude, intimidating, and relentless. Even after I told him I didn't have the money to pay it off, he took what I had then "suggested" I get family and friends to help me out to settle the debt. He gave me one week after this phone call to come up with the money.

Yep. Good old "Annette Smith". Same deal, ie, "I've been trying to reach you" yadda-yadda-yadda. Like so many others, I'm puzzled about what it's about (ie, no debts). If anyone can get an address for these folks and posts it, I'll file suit (I'm a Texas-based attorney).

well i get calls from this WHACKO like 9:35AM every freaking day for the lasy several weeks and it's really getting on my nerves! next time they call, I am going to tell them to stop calling me. I am glad i wasn't the only one who get calls from this number. :-) dannie

We was billed for $9.40.  This was the number that appeared on our statement belonig to Est Company out of Florida, and when I called I also got an answering machine.  My bank has credited my account and are currently looking into this situation.

When i answer the phone the person hangs up or the phone just beeps. They call my cell phone about 5 times a day. When i call the number back it tells me that this number had been disconnected. It is getting old and kind of scary.

I have a charge of $9.35 and don't know why? I did not authorize it. It shows up as EST Company 8005548147 FL

I received a call similar to the one's above. I called but received a voicemail. Does any one know what this is about?

Also erroneously charged $9.45 on a Bank of America credit card from this phone number listed as EST Company in FL.

Got a call from a "collection agency". They left a recording on my voice mail asking to call back because they have an important matter to discuss with me. I called twice but was put on hold every time. 20 minutes on hold, and they lost me, I am not returning these calls again. They called again earlier today. How do I get removed from their list?

This call came in this evening for the owner of my home. We are renters. How this person associated our phone number, which we have had for several years, with this woman is beyond me. I offered to give her a message and the man on the phone was rude. That is why I googled the number. The name he gave was Ron Taylor and he said he was with The Law Offices of Fred Hannah. I guess I am obligated to give her the phone message but will let her know what I have found out about them. What a bunch of slimeballs.

ERMI has been calling for months for an individual that we have never heard. We have had our number for four years. We repeatedly have informed them of this fact but to no avail. We used to get angry, now it is more enjoyable to taunt them with the reality by harassing us, they are not getting paid or collecting debt.

THIS IS A DEBT COLLECTOR AND THEY HAVE BEEN CALLING MY MOTHERS HOME AND ASKING MINOR CHILDREN FOR INFO ON ME. I CALLED BACK AND SPOKE TO MATT AT THIS NUMBER. WHEN I SPOKE TO HIM HE WAS ASKING ME TO PAY A DEBT THAT WAS ACCURED IN 1992. I AM NOT SURE IF HE REALIZED THAT THIS IS 14YRS AGO AND NOT EVEN ON MY CREDIT REPORT ANY MORE. HE LET ME KNOW THAT IF I WAS UNABLE TO PAY THE BILL THEN SOMEONE IN MY FAIMLY SHOULD ASUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIS AND HAVE A PAYMENT TO HIM BY THE END OF THIS MONTH AND IF NOT THAT THEY WOULD CONTINUE TO CALL MY MOTHER HOUSE AND HARASS HER. STUPID COLLECTORS!!!!

When I got a call from the I was confused when I answered and no one said anything. I have recieved this call about 3 other times. I found this website and read a review regarding blockbuster..well hell..I did have late movies and I returned them and never got the call again..so it must be blockbuster.

I got an urgent call from my sister that this man needed to speak with me, keep in mind that my sister recently changed her number and it is unlisted. I returned the call, he said he was calling from a law office to collect on an old bill. Yes, it is mine, Paul was very nice and said he would work with the payments I was proposing, he asked me to hold. A gruff man named Gabe Hoffman got on the line and proceeded to try intimidation tactics to get me to pay the entire bill -TODAY! He was very irate and threatening-Im not going to deal with this company in that manner, I hung up.

I just got an unauthorized charge to my debit card for $9.45 and the company appears as VISA EST COMPANY 8005548147 FL.  I have no idea what this is, and if you try to call the phone number back, all you get is a recording.  I have reported it to my bank and they have blocked my card.
