Its a scam. They called someone i know telling them they owed the court money for tickest on old s*** the person had took care of years ago. The screwed up part is i knew it was a scam cuz it was my num they called trying to reach this person over the old tickets. So the next time the left a msg i callef bck.  Told them the were full of s*** but before i did i asked questions bout the ticke this person is such a moron cuz the ticket he is trying to get money saying my friend still owes for he served 2 yrs in tdcj for this. Lol SCAM it was bck in 2009!!!!!  So yea by all means come on out & arrested him luke u threaten me u would. He did his time fool!!!

No court calls ppl at home to tell them about a warrant they have out & to send money into the court moron! You picked the wrong person 2 call & scam cuz things don't work like that in my town so go play with some other dumb s***.

This company, Warrant Enforcement Division, has been sending me letters of an unpaid DUI fine for 15 years. They say that I owe the City of Iuka MS $550. I have called Iuka and there is no warrant. I wrote Warrant Enforcment several times requesting a copy of the warrant/ticket and they never replied. My Mom went to Iuka Police Dept and asked if I had a warrant and the answer was no. Warrant Enforcment just called me and they had my birthday and my SS number and asked for payment. I informed the gentleman he was not being honest with me and that I had reported his company to the Texas attorney general for fraud and harrasment. He calmly asked again when I would pay. I hung up and called him back and he answered " *something, something Collections". His previous call had identified himself as Iuka City representative. I told him he was not telling the truth and hung up.

Why would our state of Oklahoma send out a third party  (TEXAS) to collect on unpaid fines. I let them know it came in the mail. They are upset obviously .
And Larry Brown with same phone number ( letter is exact duplicate ) and he has no title.

Fake police officer called because the caller identified himself as Robert and the city of midwest city said no officer has neither that name or phone number. Court case number was invalid

I just got a letter saying owed 193.00 same address you said it says its from 2004   did they ever issue a warrant

Just FYI, I called these people back and told them I had done my research both with the City of Muskogee and my attorney and they immediately got defensive and started calling me everything under the sun, after which they hung up. Not very professional. I was informed by the city's court clerk that this is a scam and that I have no warrants issued for my arrest. I've filed charges against them, I refuse to be harassed by "Ashley" or "Larry Brown" any longer. Lowlifes.

These people left a message on a recording saying there was a warrant for my arrest. I called them up and explained to them that I have not lived in Oklahoma or been in Oklahoma since 10/30/1995. The guys name was Paul. I asked if they were police and Paul said "non", that he was hired by  to collect a debt.

Apparently some people in here have personal grudge against this company. Sounds like someone got fired and is upset about it.

My husband just received a letter from "Warrant Enforcement Division" from City of Diboll. The mailing address is PO Box 118312, Carrollton, TX 75011.

I received a letter from Hinds County Carrollton,Tx. Saying I owed 237. And I have ever been to Texas for anything.
Who do I send this letter or file a complaint to. Also I received a letter only and tried to call the phone number given and it is not working

This company has sent me a few Letters saying There may be a warrant out for my arrest if didn't  pay xx amount.  so, I called the courthouse myself and they said the same thing.  They said its from a theft in 2005 in Texas!!  What???  first of all they have my maiden name and 2nd, I can assure you, I was not in Texas in 2005 or any other time.  I'm from Massachusetts.!!   They verified my birthdate and said I needed to pay?  I told them, You have the wrong person!  they said, I needed to file identity theft.  In addition, I need to send the Judge a letter stating that this person they're looking for is not me.  They also said I need to send a copy of my drivers license!  I am not sending anyone anything!!  I'm so pissed off and don't know what to do or who to believe!  Please help!

It's not debt, its a ticket. The collection methods for tickets do NOT fall under FDCPA laws and regulations. Therefore a cease and desist letter will not do anything.

If you call the town, and the ticket is paid, you need to write a cease and desist letter to the collection agency.  You can also write a complaint to the FTC, since they are threatening action against you (and possibly taking action) for an invalid debt.  the civil liability in these cases is very high.  $1000 for every threatening letter they send you, and higgher penalties if there is actually a warrant issued.  Follow up.

Don't worry  they will go under soon, along with all their brown nosing uneducated employees that follow Larry around like lost Puppy dogs playing all his head games. Not only does this company screw citizens they screw over their own employees, and then wonder why their turn over rate is so high, and why they can only hire a room full of idiots.

Do not give them ANY INFO, nor give them your 'statement' aka 'fishing for your personal information and the story behind the fine' so they'll try to make you think they have anything more than your name and state in which you live. I mean seriously, the guy lied under oath haha Ask yourself exactly how 'ethical' this guy can be in running a 'collections agency' when he can't even tell the truth in a court of LAW. Don't make this guy rich by allowing his antics and harassment to scare you into paying him ONE SINGLE CENT! Obviously he doesn't want the truth EXPOSED judging from the response above ha! Also, did you ever contact the city of Nichols Hills, OK? The city that is actually in question? That might be a good place to start.

The reason the letter has no seal on it, is because they are a 3rd party. They are not the city nor the state. They are a 3rd party who works on BEHALF of the city, they are contracted with them. They are located in Carrollton, TX and work for several hundred cities in 6 different states. They have a mailing location in Tulsa. Maybe you should do a little bit more research about who they REALLY are rather than believing everything that you read online.

Sorry to say, but you're dead wrong. I wasen't in Oklahoma in 2001. My stuff that I got in OK. had been paid in 1997. Can't say I don't pay my fines or my tickets because if I didn't, I wouldn't have my Drivers License here in Colorado. This is mail fraud at it's worst. I checked with both cities and they verified that I had no wants/warrants in OK. or TX. And both cities said that they DON'T issue warrants to out of state residents unless they have actual charges pending in that city/state. Which I don't. They also said that they don't use collection agencies to collect moneys owed to the courts. They send you an official statement with the court seal on it telling you what and how much to pay each time you send in a payment.
This letter had NO state seal on it, and it gave 2 different addresses one in Tulsa where it was mailed from and one for Carrollton, TX. where it said I was to send the money. And as for the city I supposedly owed, well, the city of Nichols Hills isen't in Texas, it's Oklahoma.

I received a letter today 8/31 from address 11063 S. Memorial Dr. 460 Tulsa, Ok. Telling me that a warrant had been issued for my arrest in Nichols Hills, Ok. from supposed charges from 2 different case #'s from 2001. Said that I owed $305.00. and needed to send the payment to P.O. Box 118312 Carrollton, TX.
I went online to both police departments in both cities and checked for any wants & warrants and found I have NONE in OKC, any where in Oklahoma OR Texas. I'll be taking this letter down to the post office on Tuesday morning and turning this letter in to the post master. I'm glad I did the research on it I did before calling or sending any monies to them.
