i recieved a text message at 2:32a.m. It left a password and the 800 numbber, but i did not subscrige to this 97000 number. everytime i buy phone minutes, this text message pops up and takes away all of my minutes.I am very displeased and Verizon is not blocking these messages as they say.

I also was scammed by SJA for the past 5 months for a total of $ 99.95. I usually don’t check my phone bill but this month I took a look to see why my bill was so high. My daughter had gone way over and as I was putting my Sprint bill away I caught the charge from SJA on one of the pages. I went and checked my old bills and found out they have been charging me for 5 months. I have never even heard of this company until last night.  My kids or wife didn’t do it and if they had they surely wouldn’t have used my cell number when they have their own.  Then would have also just asked and I would have signed them up for it anyway.  I wrote Sprint at 3am last night and told them of this scam and attached a draft copy of the letter I was going to mail to the Attorney General. My letter wasn’t directed at Sprint since Sprint has been very good to me but SJA. This morning I called Sprint and explained everything. They refunded me 1/3 of my money on the phone. I then got on my email and opened the confirmation letter from Sprint for my credit. I wrote them back and thanked them for this refund. I then received another email shortly after stating that they have been authorized to refund me the entire amount. This was very nice of them to do this. I also had them block all premium messages to my 5 phones. I hate being ripped-off and hope someone can put an end to this company.

Looks like I should have been actually looking at my phone bill before tonight. I noticed 2 strange charges (1) from SJA Mobile: Alerts - GameTip Alerts -10/23 for $19.99 and (1) PredictoMobile-vte -10/24 $9.99. I went back and look at my old Sprint bills and it looks like they charged me for the 5 months. Looks like I’m out $149 bucks.

I did file complaints to the New Jersey and California Attorney General.

I don’t know how these people get away with this crap.

I have to look at my bill every month and call the cell phone company to give me a refund. Ask them about putting a block on the number also  but still call untill you get it off your phone you should call your cell phone company and tell them that you never signed up for this and they hopfully will give you a refund.  see new info that was posted with the numbers they helped me I will keep loooking at my phone for a long time to make sure that the charges don't show up anymore,

I would like to cancel this subscription immediately since I never signed up for it anyway. I have been charged 4 times in the last 3 months at the rate of $9.99 each time. I got charged for this stuff too and I did not even sign up for this and I can't seem to get it off my phone and I did call my cell company and they too it off but they told me that I had to cancel with the company too and they said that when i get a new message to cancel it with them. I did that and they sent me a denied acess. I am going to be also writing the BBB on this also this company sucks big time.

I was charged $9.99 for a text from this number.  I never went online to get anything.  My cell company advised not to open any texts coming from an 800 number.

I received one bill from verizon with this 18005599313 charging me 9.99 four differnt times on one bill.  I am furious and verizon would not take them charges off they just told me to call them and get it stopped but of course they told me to e-mail mobile support which there is not site for me to send them an e-mail so I just temporarily disconnected the phone until I can get them to stop billing me for this mess.

My husband and I were going over our phone bill and discovered charges on our sons phone for texting and gamecheats, which our son can do neither.  He's blind and disabled and had been charged 30.00 for 3 months of these charges and he never did the calls!  Have emailed the helpdesk we'll see if we get a response!  The company should have fraud charges on them!!! I do agree they should be put of business!!! This is definitely fraud.
If we don't get it taken care of ASAP we also will take it further.

I have been getting the same charges on my phone.  Every month it is a different "company name" like joke_alert or game cheats... My cell provider gave me credit for the 1st one, but wont help me with any others.  I have not signed up for ANYTHING.  The phone company says to text "stop" but when you do they dont and someone else texts you.  I did learn one thing though, you need to turn off the "call back" feature on your phone that has your # on it.  I believe this is how they are continuing to do this. It is like spam or they are sharing your # with other like fradulent companies.  I want to know who do I complain to to get something done about this?  These people are getting rich off of us and i feel helpless with nobody to contact.  Do we need to take this to the better business bureau???  HELP!!!

I just went back to the text that game cheats sent to me and replied with UNSUBSCRIBE NOW. and instantly received a text telling me i was no longer subscribed to game cheats... Hopefully that is the end of it.

i did get the same msg bout game cheats and called the number and asked me to go to a website, @ help desk something..i tried and couldnt find any website...i have received this text msg twice and not sure if i have been charged the 19.99/month but i will be calling Verizon and having them block this or something, i never went to any website and i do not care bout game cheats....some people get on my nerves....how can they live with themselves knowing they are scamming people...??  Geesh!!

I received a $9.99 charge on my cell phone bill in July from this number.  Description was 'PREM_SMS 23097 sjamobile 8005599313.

I also received another text from this number in August which read: 889-30 New Cheats Available @ Game Cheats Master! Check the site for more info! 1-800-559-9313.  19.99  

I called my cell phone provider (Verizon) and they showed me how to unsubscribe from this site (I have no idea how I got on to begin with since I don't use the text msg'ing feature on my phone).  They told me I would continue to be sent msg's and billed until I did that.  (Verizon also verified I would have been billed $9.99 again in the August bill).

To unsubscribe, send the word 'unsubscribe' to 23907.  You should receive a message back saying you are no longer subscribed.  Verizon then put in some kind of block.

I received 2 text messages yesterday and I did not sign up for anything. Please take this off my cell phone bill.

Please remove your unauthorize service fee off of my cell phone bill. I would greatly appreicate it. This is called stealing.

I went to game cheats to find one cheat book, not to subscribe to anything, I only play one game on my WII and now you are charging me 19.99 a month,   FOR WHAT???  I will contact my cell phone provider and see what can be done to stop these charges...  CANCEL THIS RIGHT NOW...
