This number also called me... I have no idea how they got my number, but apparently they were under the impression I need credit fixed, which is not true at all. Seems like a big scam.

This number called me several days in a row and left about three voicemails to take up room in my inbox. The whole thing was ridiculous....they thought I was someone named "Angela" who needed help fixing her credit. I haven't heard from them in a while, so I guess they gave up.

This number called me after I filled out an auto loan application.  Apparently they give your information to a 3rd party "fix your credit" company.  This guy keeps calling me after I told him I do not need my credit fixed!

Over a 3 day period, I have received 11 calls from paralegals at Credit Attorney Law Firm claiming that I had requested information about credit repair service.  I never contacted them in any way.  According to the timestamps from my answering machine, the earliest call was at 8:57am.  The latest one was at 8:50pm.  Most of them gave the number 800-560-5804 with an extension.  One got the number wrong and gave 800-520-5804.  A couple of them didn't leave an extension.

Been recieving calls from Credit Attorney Law Firm for some time.  Thought that if I ignored them they would go away.  I was WRONG.  I finally called back and spoke to them to have my number/name removed from their calling list.  They said it would take 24 hours.  Will be interesting to see if this is true.  The guy said that most likely they got my name and number online when I was purchasing or signing up for something and failed to opt out.
I called:  1-800-560-5804 ext. 5002 for "Daniel".

These people keep calling my phone.  When he left a message he spoke too fast to understand what or who they are. I work for the government so I am going to suggest they leave me alone.

"Credit Attorneys" left 3 voice mail msgs on my work phone number on Saturday, April 26.  1 msg from "Caleb" and 2 msgs from "Kyle."  I called them back on Monday morning to find out where they got my number. I talked to a mush-mouthed guy who said that i filled out something online requesting  info.  Told him i did not. Asked him to provide me with a detailed report of  time, date, info, etc that i provided.  He said that he did not have that and that someone else may have filled this info out or they received my info from a third party.  Then I asked to be put on their 'do not call' list and provided him with my number. I also asked to speak with a manager or someone who could provide me with further info about where they get their data and he said no one was available.

A woman named Sharon Dawson from Credit Attorney law firm.  Told me to call 800-560-5804 x3019 If I was "still serious about the phone consultation you requested regarding your credit report."  Needless to say I never requested a consultation.

I got 2 calls today from 1-800-560-5804.  One was from Aaron (ext. 3064) saying he is from Credit Attorney law firm, and one from Kevin (no extension) saying he is from the law firm of Credit Attorney.  I looked up their website www.creditattorney.com which looks like some toilet law firm.  I think what they are doing in unconscionable and I am going to let them know.

Recieved a phone call this morning saying that they got a request from me online regarding my credit. He provided me with an email that was unknown to me. I have had identity theft issue about 7 mths ago, so I thought this was another bout of trouble. I will be reporting this to the police who dealt with my problem back in the summer.

I too have been getting calls from a deep voice, say please return this call at 800-295-5804, today I called got a really nice lady at NCO finaical, who told me that they are giving out a wrong number, she is getting about 150 calls a day. She gave me a different number 1-800-220-2274 to call and find out if they had my phone number in a data base, they did not, and when I asked to be placed on their do not call list, they said they could not add me to the list if they did not have me in the data base. So I asked to speak to a supervisor, I got a women with an English acent, she also looked up my number and said that she did not have anything listed. So where is this person calling from??? I am going to put it on the FCC website as a war dialer.

800-560-5804 Credit attorney called me - oddly enough on the same day I get 35 calls from auto dealers, insurance agents and colleges saying that I have applied for credit or have contacted them about purchases. Seems too coincedental that an lawyer that helps correct credit problems calls me the same day that I have a slew of "credit calls".

Anyone else have this experience?

This law firm receives leads when you fill out a survey online saying you would like to improve your credit rating. It is a valid law firm and it is possible someone put your phone number on the survey rather than your own. Just ask them to remove your name from their lead list and it will be done. They don't know if the number they are calling is work number or a home number or cell.

I was in a meeting and missed a person named Wade's called and said he was a attorney for some credit repair company... later I get a call from the wife who tells me a person from some credit attorney agency called and said to my wife they had my ss# and my credit card # and they charged us $99.99 but, It's a pre-paid credit card and I did not give this info ...how did they get this? I checked with the B.B.B. and they do not exist. Later I call the 800-560-5804 and I get some guy, named Josh and, I ask for Wade so, he finds Wade and I tell Him not to charge my card and this sounds like a scam. Wade just hung up the phone.... I hope they stop this because, I am a very resourceful weapon specialist!....DO THE RIGHT THING!

I have spoke with several different people who tell me that the company can clear up my credit report. I am supposed to call 1-800-560-5804 ext. 3050 to speak with a woman named Danielle. The Company name is Supposed to be Credit Attorneys and the internet address is www.creditattorney.com. Now that I have researched this, I don't believe I will be calling them.

Two different guys have called yesterday and today (8:15am) and left messages saying they are from Credit Attorney and to call them if we are serious about cleaning up our credit. The one today called us Ted. Since we are not Ted and do not need our credit cleaned up I will answer the next call and hopefully that will get rid of them. I especially don't like early calls.

Note: The call yesterday actually came from 801-717-1032 with the name TMG on the caller ID. The number they wanted me to call was this 800#. Today the name came from the 800#.

I've been getting the same call about twice a week for three months, always on my recorder.  A deep male voice (likely recorded) says, "Please call 1-800-295-5804," no other detail.  The last call came after 9 pm last night.  I never return the call.  I found two websites listing the number; one offering a sales job and one offering credit repair.

I have been receiving calls also from 1-800-560-5804. two or three times, it is a guy who says please call back so we can take the item off your credit report. I almost called back because I felt sorry for the person who is not getting the call, and was going to tell him he has the wrong #, then I put the # in google, and there it was. I have not filled out any applications or asked for help with my credit, so I have no idea where they got my #. I was supposed to ask for extention 3061.
