Exactly the same as the th above. "Jake Morgan" Called numerous times in Aug too. I called Jake Morgan back on another phone number. He was not available the woman asked number was called. I would not give her the number. She said fine and hung up on me.

left a recorded message on my VM but cut off all information except last few digits of number.. dont' know what it's about.

collection agencies cannot do anything but call and tell lies. don't let them scare you. They can't do sh*t or they would, and not waste time calling all day long.

abusive call from some woman at this number, who then hangs up.

They call my cell phone at least 2 times a day while I am at work so I am unable to answer it. Sometimes I get a voicemail but it is just a blurb of a voice - maybe they started talking when the vm picked up? Hopefully I can answer it soon. I do not have a bill me later account.

Got a message a week or so ago from Angela stating she had left message after message and she demanded that I call her by 5 P.M.that day well I came in this week no message but the number appeared so I guess she's still waiting :) guess she'll be waiting for a long time I do not deal with collection jokers if they threaten you with jail they are in violation of the law and if they threaten to sue you and do not go through with it then they have violated the law also.

They have been calling my cell phone since I got it 6 months ago. I try not to open the phone until I look first. I dont know who it is. The other number that is calling is.

This company try to collect $200 from my wife. And treat to cancell all my accounts and her accounts. When I call back All they had was Teh intials of my first Name. My last name and my home number that is public. The picked up the phone and try to collect money via treats even if you are not the person they are looking for

This number is showing up "Pending" on my bank account.  It says Den Enterprises on Acct info.  I called the number a couple of times but only got a voicemail with a guy with a "british" type accent.  I have no idea who it is or why they are charging me.

ERMI: Encore Receivables Management (Inc?) They'll call @all hours of the day, even @11p & @7a of any given day.. @_@

Seems like they call each and every person with the same last name. Looks like these people may have Internet Phone. They call from different Area Codes, (707), (877), (201). With internet phone you can buy different area codes for the same phone line. The best way to handle these guys is, ignore them or when they call, talk to them like you dont understand what are they talking about, give them hard time, and do your best to waste their time Or simply Hang up on them. They don't get paid by hour.

rec'd another call this am..they did not leave a message this time and i didn't answer! it seems since i was placed on a no call list i get more calls from Telephone Solicitors!

fraud plan and simple

I got a message also from this number..it showed up as and a woman with a HEAVY accent left a message (since I don't answer numbers I do not know) and said that it wasn't a telemarketing phone call but was very important and to call back ext 2047. I had to listen to it like 4 times before i got the number right. I'm glad this website is here though because I didn't know what to think.

Received a call from this number. I called them back to take my number off the list. It's for a law office of a debt collector . The rep asked for my name and my address. I have the same last name as the person they are looking for. I did not give my address to them because that would now set me up to receive mailings from them and more hounding. She said she'd take my name off the list, but I have a feeling I'll be hearing more from them.

I am sorry, but I thought we had laws to protect us from telemaketors,with the do not call list and or hassment by debt collectors.I do not know abount any one else on this list but it is harrassment as I see it. And I plan on doing something about it.

I keep getting calls from this same number (1) on my cell. It's getting really annoying! They call me about 1 or 2 times a week. I don't answer it because I don't want to. He leaves a very monotone-technical message (stating his ID number .. I think). Anyway, I don't want to waste my cell time on listening to his message so I delete it. Any suggestions on getting rid of this guy?

Den Enterprises----800-566-4043 has shown up as being charged to my checking account. A couple of days ago my phone rang, I picked it up, there was no one there. Who are these people, what company are they with. When I called to check it out I was told to leave a message and they would get back to me.

charged my credit card $9.55 and the number stays busy...I am reporting them...shows up as den enterprises
