got calls from this no.  no idea who it is. left no msg

I have recieved numerous calls from First American trying to get me to take out a mortgage thru them. I have told them I am on the do not call list, have filed a complaint with State of Wisconsin, and asked them not to call me again...all to avail.  I invite others to join me in calling their company President, his name is Michael Eisenga...HIS home number is 920-623-0371...call him around dinner time, turn the table, and ask him stupid questions. Are you a real person or an employee of 1st American?  I have been contacted by one company after another to help with mortgage modification - all of them want money up front.  Are they for real?

First American Funding is actually not a scam.  I refinanced with them myself and overall, everything went quickly and they were able to save me some money even with a credit score that at the time was not up to par...  I refinanced with them about 3 years ago and am planning to move to a new house this year.  I will be going to them for my purchase loan.

If anyone has questions about the company I would call them up but if you want to ask questions from a customer i'd be happy to fill you in!

Do you guys realize that the do not call list IS NOT full proof. It says right on the websites that it will not stop verey single telemarkerting call. If a telemarkertor calls you just tell them that you are on the do not call list and would like to be taken off there calling list. You don't have to be rude about it. They are just doing there jobs. Trying to earn a living just like everyone else in the world is.

They seem to be in the habit of cold calling and ignoring Do Not Call lists.  I got an official sounding call from a "FHA Agent" requesting a call back "about my mortgage".   There's a link to the Wisconsin complaint form off this webpage.

These idiots have called twice about "my Chase Account"; of which I don't have. The intellectuals in their marketing department my think it's a great idea, but when they start receiving fines they'll learn.  I'm on the Federal and State do not call lists, and I have filed the necessary complaint paperwork with the state and will do so for each instance. I know that Wisconsin has fined companies before; hopefully they'll be next.

I just received a message from this number as well...I have a Chase Account but it is not with 1st American...I think it is a scam.

A call from Teresa or Terice at 1st American asking to call back about my Chase Account.  I do not have any credit problems or credit cards.  It may be a scam.  The extension given was 235.
