Bottomline is if you got debt pay it off, why get mad because someone tried to collect with you owe..................stop being a dead beat, I despise ppl like you that would bash a person for doing their job. ou seem like a person that knows the law well enough to break and steal money from creditors without the intentions of paying it back......................BTW you seemed very upset while writing this.........Answer these questions before bashing some one. For each and everyone who is in doubt if you can be served for a payday loan? I don't know about your state. However, I know I resided in one state took out a payday loan. Forgot all about it. Please let me continue....it was only $200.00. 3 years later I had the sheriff  come to my new residence in a different state serving me papers. Thank goodness, I was not a home. The bad part it was on a Friday. That Monday, I called the Atty office representing the payday lender. The cost was now $1200.00. I negotiated a sif for $600.00. I wish I could scan and post on the internet, for the non believers, All I can say is you may want to make restitution.

I tried calling the 1-800-570-2712 number back and it said it not in service. What the hell?  Also who can we file a complaint with?  Tried to say they have my bank records from a bank that I dont even have an account at.

I keep getting calls from "Ms Clay" from "MJG" saying I have to make a "statement for a deposition" and that they have my bank records.  They have also somehow got my son's cell number, which is on my plan, that has never been given out on any records that I am aware of.  So how are these people getting our personal information?

I just got a call from a Mike Stone and when I answered he was looking for my husband and he said that he was calling about a case and said that it was civil and would be criminal. He kept asking me " Did I think it was a joke" then he proceeds to tell me that this call was in regards to western sky-----I said "WS" that is a payday loan company and everyone knows that you cant go to jail or court for a loan, and he hung up cause his punk a** knew he was barking at the wrong tree!!!!
FYI---if a collection agency has to use a scare tatic to make you pay---call their bluff and dont pay them --let them take you to their little fake court------all that means is your account will be sold to another collection agency and aint s*** gone happen!!!!
A real collector can get the money without all the b***s***!!!!!!!
