I've started a complaint through FCC. After the numerous dead air calls I received, I was finally able to speak with someone and tell them I registered complaints, that they were in violation as I do not own anything, have never done business with them, have never asked to do business with them or their partners, etc. They stopped calling, from that number at least.
Get tough, hang up, really do file a complaint, and done.

NEVER, Never, neveR, nEver, neVer do anything with WESTGATE RESORTS.
Their promotional or "just come see our property and get _____ for free for your time" means you will be harassed and hounded by their boiler room sales callers for years on end. After they suck 2-1/2 hours out of your valued vacation time, you get a coupon for a breakfast and 2 key chains and the bonus of sales & telemarketer calls ans harassment! After letters and calls requesting them to leave us alone and to stop calling my number, they just keep calling from other boiler room phone bank numbers.
WESTGATE RESORTS ARE THE WORST! We didn't buy from them for a reason. We DID buy from a better timeshare resort company.

These people won't give up. They call numerous times a day and night and are a nuisance and don't take "not interested" for an answer. We are on the "No Call" list but they don't pay any attention.

Do I what I do...bug them back. Call and hang up. You have to go through some touch keys. But every time we call it ties up one of their lines.
