Donna Jones from Card Services should be shut down somehow!  They have no point as they hang up anytime you actually call them back.  We have a new phone number and have dealt with the previous owners debt collectors already, but Donna Jones keeps calling.  The calls only come after their business hours and are automated.

I have been receiving these calls for months, at all hours of the day and night, and never anyone on the line or a message.  I have called the number back and only get a computer asking me to hold the line for the next available representative.  This must be some sort of SCAM.  I have received 5 calls today in less than 45 minutes.

Caller's english is so bad that it's almost impossible to understand them. They call up to 10 times per day at all hours, asking for someone who doesn't live here. When told that they're asking for a non-existant person, they get very aggresive and threatening. Complaints filed with the FTC haven't done a bit of good.

I continue to get these calls; always says "I have some important news for you" in a sing-song voice.  I don't have any dealings with "Aspire" so I have no idea what they want.

They've been calling me for weeks. When they leave me a voicemail, its all distorted, then someone says "Hello... Hello?" Then Jazz music comes on. When I called them back, some british lady recorder just sayd something about customer service. They do not even say WHAT KIND of customer service, or who they are calling for. They need to stop.

This number calls me about 6-8 times a day and leaves the longest messages with music or just noise in the background. Can someone please find out who this is. Ive tried calling it back, but it just keeps ringing.

This phone number is Aspire Credit Card Company.  If you have an Aspire card, now you know who is calling.  They will continue to call until you pay your bill.

It's about 1:30 on a Sunday right now, and these jerks have called me twice already today. I have never had business dealings with them. If they're bill collectors, they're barking up the wrong tree. I have no debts. I get dead air when I answer, so they're dialing by computer and talking to the first ones who pick up. Detest this kind of company and want to know why this legal for them to do. I am on the Do Not Call Registry, but that turns out to be useless because they do not take action against offenders except in isolated cases. I don't really understand what the registry does other than make reputable companies not call, which they won't do anyway if you tell them not to. It's the slime like this company that call regardless, even when you tell them over and over not to.

They keep calling me early and late. I have never done business with them. They are just harrassing me for no reason. Who polices this stuff?

they keep calling me and i don't know why, since i don't own any credit cards if it really is a credit card company. I've answered once and they asked for someone named kristyn and I told them it was a wrong number but they keep calling. They call about 5 times a day and it is really annoying

Yes, calling a state agency every day. Tells us to hold and someone will be right with us. After three times the line then goes dead.

they call me several times a day for weeks, and no one talks.  I got called today and told them to take me off their list, but I don't know if they will.

They keep calling my 9 year old son's cell phone (that he just received for a birthday gift). I called this morning b/c they call everyday (while he's at school and the phone is at home with me) and they asked for my name. I told them they don't need my name b/c they are calling a  9 year old boy and to remove my number from their database. If they call back I'm going to file a lawsuit against them. I'm an attorney and I've done it once before.

If you have a credit card with either one of these companys Tribute and Salute. They call you all the time and never leave a message.  Hangs up after two rings most of the time.  Never be late on a payment with them or they never stop calling you.  They call all 7 days and start at 8 am and end around 9 pm.  I have talked to them and made payment and still keep calling.  I'm working on getting a loan to pay both cards off just to get them to stop calling.  I almost lost my job over them calling all the time.

I recd several calls from this number 1-866-877-0005 they asked for my name I asked for theirs since they called they hung up they keep calling I called back on my house phone now it just hangs up in mid call  while I am on hold. Really what a f***** up game they are playing. Than I called with my cell told them to not to call again they tried to tell me they will I told them Loudly I said don't call me I don't want nothing from you.
They said ok we will not call you and hung up

It's always a recorded message that starts with:  "Hi, this is Donna Jones from card services"...  then goes on to give a different phone number to call back.  The one time I did speak with a human they tried to sell me something.  I told them to take me off their list, but they haven't.  I get at LEAST 3 or 4 calls a week from these A***OLES.  I have reported them to the National Do Not Call Registry about 50 times.

I have had calls too..they went to voicemail but they left no message..

These people call constantly...its not even a real person...early in the morning and all day and late at night

The number 800-573-1039 is from ASPIRE credit card company if you are late they start calling and promise to put a message in the system to keep it from dailing your number automaticly but it seems as though they never do. The company changes the way the number is viewed that way when it block it they can still get through.

This number keeps calling me at work.  It is causing me some trouble at work because they think they are personal calls.

Total scam, their 1st question to me was, "What is your SS#?" Sorry but I started laughing, Really can it be more obvious.

I called this number back to see who it was. The number showed up on my wife's cell phone so I called back on my home line. I got a foreigner of whom I could barely understand. I still do not know who he said he worked with. I asked why they called and he said something about she must have signed up on something somewhere. I said I don't think so. I gave him the number, he looked it up and could not find any information. So he asked for my SSN...LOL! I said I dont' think so!!!!!! Then hung up.
