Called the phone number back and it connects and hangs up in two seconds. Will not stay connected.

Same thing.. it's most likely a computer of some sort. The number must be registered through a phone service, and therefore it can be traced. It also may be international proxy caller, which will be a real b***h to track. I'll f***ing sue their a** when I find out who it is
