Um, first of all, calling people morons for simply checking out a website and getting calls is totally uncalled for. Did it ever occur to you that some of us who filled out those websites were at one time interested in going back to school but are now no longer interested? Get a clue jerk....we didnt ask to be harassed by checking out a website for information on something. We were not expecting to be bombarded by mulitple daily phone calls, especially for those that told these people politly that they were not interested. And those that didnt even fill anything out or put their number out there? They REALLY didnt need these harassing calls and to call THEM a moron is childish. Didnt your mother teach you any manners. Were not stupid...but your attitude is.

Same here. I signed up for a website my mom gave me the link to in order to find out about a way to get a degree in Medical Billing/Coding hoping the website would give me a list of schools that I could contact on my own, but  no list came up so I assumed it the website didn't work and now these people are calling over and over. In the last 5 hours they've called me THREE times and NEVER leave a message. I keep declining the calls hoping they'll get the hint that Im no longer interested without talking to them but they keep calling. They need to get a friggin clue and stop calling me!!

If you morons do not want to be called, the DO NOT put your number on those job search websites, surveys, etc. If the site is "forcing" you to submit a phone number to proceed then have the common sense to realize that you should either NOT input your phone number or if you do make the decision to input your number do not be surprised when you ARE called.

The rep will ask for a specific person by first and last name. If you are NOT that person than it is none of your damn business and you simply need to reply in one of two ways:

"John Smith does live here but he is not home"

Rep: "Thank you we will call him back another time regarding some information he filled out online."

or

"There is no John Smith at this number"

Rep: "I am sorry we must have dialed a wrong number. I will make a note that this is the wrong number for John Smith. Thank you."

If you ARE the person we called for, politely say "yes this is John Smith"

Rep: "Hi John, this is J.W. from Education Bridge and I called on a recorded line because you had requested some information about college education and I would like to assist you."

If you are not interested you reply: "No thank you J.W. I have no intention of attending college now or in the future. Thank you."

Rep: "Thank you John, I will note in the records that you are not interested. Have a good day."

It is THAT simple you morons! That simple to stop the calls!!

If you play coy, and not affirm whether or not you are John Smith then we assume that you are not and will keep calling because only the person whom the call is for has the authority to state that they are not interested since that was the person who filled out the online request to begin with.

Another tactic that does not work is picking up and hanging up or not answering, again we will continue to call until the person we called for, identifies themselves, hears what we are offering, and states that they are not interested. Then the calls stop just as quickly as they began. So simple, yet you morons are just too stupid to get it.

I swear to God there should be an IQ test to own a phone, talking to you nasty, ignorant fools all day almost makes the $20/hr not worth it (almost LOL) no wonder you morons are on job search websites, I know I would never hire your ignorant , nasty selves at my caller center, where by the way we laugh at how mad you are and collect our fat paychecks each week!!

I'm getting several calls a day but the # on my caller ID is (800)515-3807.  When I finally did answer a call, the woman on the line ignored my attempt to politely end our conversation.  I was in the bathroom and that information was still not enough to stop her from bombarding me with personal questions.  I told her that someone close to me must have signed me up and was actually interested when I asked for more details about her company.  Her tone changed immediately (she sounded quite irritated) which let me know that something was not quite right.  Her cold attitude and reluctance to build any type of rapport by answering a few simple questions was a HUGE red flag.  Thanks "lady" for alerting me that I should definitely NOT use your free service.

First of all, receiving these calls REGARDLESS OF WHEN THEY CALL, they NEVER EVEN ANSWER!!! All they accomplish is to waste minutes on my mobile phone that I HAVE TO PAY FOR. Who do you think you are? Stop it. It's childish and I believe its harrassing and threatening. I'm thinking about taking it to my attorney and having this company pay my phone bill. I work hard for a living and these calls are past ridiculous.

I want to know who this is. I want to know IMMEDIATELY. If they have the right to call, have me answer when I am paying for minutes on my phone then surely I have the right to call them back and insist on some information from them. I'm getting very agitated and want to speak to someone from that number to find out why.

I receive phone calls from this number everyday. I have answered it and told them I was not interested because I am already enrolled and attending school and do not wish to transfer. I also told them that whenever I had a screen pop up that asked if I wanted to further my education I said no because I already am. None of these tactics have worked to stop these annoying phone calls! I understand if you clicked on yes but when you state that you DO NOT WANT to receive information from them and they force it on you and then you tell them NO AGAIN and they still force it on you it's quite frustrating!! I am going to report them to the BBB. I have my number on the do not call list as well. Someone needs to stop this HARASSING company!!

First of all NEVER ANSWER OR CALL BACK since this just confirms a working number to continue to call and harass you or to sell to someone else so they can harass you. Senior EB Consulante is nothing more than a paid shill who happens to be a terrible liar. HOW TO IGNORE:  if calling your cell just take this number ( or any other number ) and add it to your contact list then silence the ringer.  Delete missed calls at your convenience.Helps to keep blood pressure down.

I also wanted to add that we only have two numbers we can call you from. 800-973-0379 and 800-515-5179, so any other numbers is a different company. We have been around for 5 years and the attorney generals have contacted us and have never been able to verify any violation of the protocol for the DNC or harassment. Our hours are M-Th 9am-9pm Est, F 9am-5pm Est, S 10am-3pm Est and Sun 12pm-6pm. So there is no possibility of us calling you at 11PM. Feel free to ask me any questions here. I'll be checking regularly in the best interest of improving 'customer service.'

First off, we DO NOT CHARGE ANYTHING FOR OUR SERVICE. Hence the word 'complimentary.' I always get a kick out of these complaints people make. I am an educational consultant with the company for a number of years. I have done a lot research into this company; as well as its protocols to verify its validity. To tell you the truth about 90% of the times that you tell us we are calling you after you asked to be placed on the DNC we have pulled the history of calls and have received nothing but "no contacts" (answering machines, hang-ups, etc.) I implore you that I would not still be associated with a company that has crooked or unorthodox practices. I offer a simple solution to your issues. When you receive a call from us or a company like ours do the following: Answer, be polite, request to be put on the DNC list and allow us to remove the number. The representatives at the company who disregard these requests are terminated. I suggest getting the name, telephone number, time and date of who called as well. Please keep in mind we are people just trying to make a living and do not need the arrogant and aggressive people screaming at us. I also want to give everyone a little 'advice' (a secret if you will). Any time you go on a career website to apply for jobs, fill out a survey online or answer SPAM e-mails; make sure to READ THE FINE PRINT. I am willing to bet you a million dollars that if you go on any of those sites now and search through their "TOS, or Agreement" you will find that by using their FREE service that you are agreeing to be subjected to calls about other services; regardless if you select NO THANK you on the application. I hope this helps. My track record with the company is approximately 1,500 or so satisfied potential students. So it really cannot be all that bad.

They not only called but apparently have my hotmail email address and told me the call was initiated because of an email I sent showing my interest in education. I asked which email and they read my email address to me. Really scary.

For the last 48 hours I have received numerous calls from every area code possible, the few that I've picked up don't say anything on the other end and the one's I've called back, say the number is disconnected. I've also received voice mails from people that aren't calling for me, and you can hear in their voices, their from somewhere in the south. It's like these calls are getting directed to my number instead. And sometimes I get voice mails that don't make any sense at all. I haven't yet received a call from an actual person trying to get money from me. But I wont be surprised if I start getting them.
