They called and left a voicemail saying they were national audit corporation and it was an attempt to collect a debt. I NEVER answer my phone unless it's someone I know. That's what voicemail is for !

They are doing some crazy stuff in that company. Violating the FDCPA all the time. They're using aliases and if you want the real names of the aliases in that company I can give them to you and that will keep them from calling you all the time if you threaten to EXPOSE them...but it's gonna cost you and pay ME the right price and I'll tell you the secrets of Leon Martin and Fitzgerald Goldman and Associates!

I just filed a complaint with the FTC against Leon Martin they say there from Fitzgerald Goldman and Associates now but its Goldstein Henderson and Weis they are bullies and that is it threatened me with court and jail and also couldnt give me the name of the attorney working the case or validity of the debt......

Recv'd call from a Allen Tanner - he first lm on my answering machine that it was a legal matter and I had to call right away.  I called from my job and he stated that I needed to give them $747.00 now and they would make payment arrangements, I told him I would have to talk w/my husband, he said well you better do it tonight or a judgement will be placed on your house and there would be nothing he could do for us and he hung up on me.  My husband called him back and after only 4 words this Mr. Tanner hung up on him.  He called us back a minute later and told my husband that he would garnish my wages and put a judgement on the house.  He said he called the HR department at my employment and said he had it set up where he could have money come out of my check.  He told my husband that we had paid one loan off but that I must have taken another one out without his knowledge, he then told us to have a good night and hung up.  I don't know what kind of company this is that can call and threaten people like this, but someone needs to step in and stop this s*** from happening to people like us that live week to week.  When he called back, the number showed on caller ID as a St. Louis, MO number  314-282-3696

Recv'd call from this number from an Allen Tanner - he threatened to put a Judgment against our house and to garnish our wages.  He hung up on me earlier today and then when my husband called him back, he hung up on him.  He then called us back and was telling us that he was looking at our credit report and was trying to tell us we had debts that we did not even have.

Also report them to the Federal Trade Commission

calling my house numerous times about a legal matter. First, they call another family member and left a message. I call on behalf on my mother and the guy Damon Hall return my call. he was rude and unprofessional. I recorded everything he said on a tape player. He called me uneducated, an escort, etc. I don't believe its a real company. I goggle search the company and found out they were sued in Arizona Court Feb 2011 for their collection tactics.  No collection agency can threaten to take you to court. If they  call harassing you record the info and contact a lawyer. File a complaint with BBB and Federal Trade C omission.

These people re robo calling me.  Have called them before to ask them not to call as thry have the wrong number.  Called this number to tell them to cease and desist.  Asked for address and they refused to give it.  They are calling repeatedly after being told they have the wrong number.  That's not changing.
