Ditto. They asked for my dad, who has been dead since 2008. Before that he was in a skilled nursing facility. Pissed that they made me relieve this.

9. How does the established business relationship provision work for a consumer whose number is on the registry?

A company with which a consumer has an established business relationship may call for up to 18 months after the consumer?s last purchase or last delivery, or last payment, unless the consumer asks the company not to call again. In that case, the company must honor the request not to call. If the company calls again, it may be subject to a fine of up to $16,000 .

If a consumer makes an inquiry or submits an application to a company, the company can call for three months. Once again, if the consumer makes a specific request to that company not to call, the company may not call, even if it has an established business relationship with the consumer.

A consumer whose number is not on the national registry can still prohibit individual telemarketers from calling by asking to be put on the company?s own do not call list.

I have told them that we already had a tub installed and we no longer need one, and the calls stopped for about a week and a half. Now they're back to calling around three times a day, every single day.

I have been receiving calls from this number for several weeks.  When I answer, they never say anything and now it is getting annoying.  I did contact them a few months back but we changed our minds about installing one of their tubs and I did contact them about the change.  Now I want this stopped or I will notify the police department regarding this harassment.

They are calling me at 10 PM.....my mom is elderly so I think the worst when the phone rings that late, but no message, added to my phone block number list.

Don't understand why these calls persist.  Several times a day.  Other telemarketers also are calling.  Am on the Federal "Do Not Call" list, so I shouldn't be getting any unsolicited calls.  These people, whoever they may be, should be made an example of.  Any lowyers out there?????

I am tired of this number calling me all the time

I too was receiving over five calls per day from these people. However, if you file a complaint online with the Federal Trade Commission the calls will stop. The FTC will tell you it will take up to thirty-one days for the calls to stop but the calls to my number stopped within a week.

I just called this number backed,and its "Premier Care & Bathing" its a company that does walk-in tubs

I missed their call twice today, called them and a woman answered. She asked me if I was William Bernal and when I told her no, she asked me if I would be interested in something that had to do with doors. I said no and she told she would update their records and to have a good day, and never asked me for my information. Confusing, more than anything.

I have also received numerous calls from this number. They do not stop I downloaded an app called CALL CONTROL (the free version) that now blocks them. It will pick up and hang up on them, it only lets the phone ring once. I only know they call when I check the log of blocked calls. Not a perfect solution but better than nothing.

Just call them back and when someone answers, just tell them that you were calling to let them know that have already had your bathroom done by someone else and they will remove you from their call list.  If you had requested information from the internet, they know who you are.  Let's see if this takes care of the problem.

I do know who these idots are our phone is on the state and federal no call list. I wish they had a little more matter between ther ears.

From Premier Care calls 6-7 times a day, including Saturdays and Sundays and does not leave a message.

This company has been calling our business phone relentlessly for several days.  We are on the National do not call list and I have asked them not to call and all I get is some smart $$$ saying "yeah, sure".

Originally, I screened the number and attempted to reverse search when I came across this site and these postings. So, I called them back. They claimed that I'd recently expressed interest in a walk in tub, lol. I informed the lady I hadn't, she apologized and hung up very abruptly. Not sure if they're scamming or what, but be careful.

I get these calls too. Am contacting my state reps about this type of abuse.

They call at all times 7 days a week and don't leave a message.

If anyone finds out who this company (person) is - there should be some legal way to get them to quit harrassing the general public.  We to get several calls a day from this number with no message left at all hours of the day and night and every day of the week.  Seems a "class action" suit should be able to be brought against them for phone harassment.

This number appears several times a day and night on our phone.  It is really getting old.  We are on the "Do Not Call List" and would like to know who is calling.
