I do not even have a credit history and i am getting calls from them.

I called 800-586-0013 and Press 1 to enter my number for Removal and my phone went DEAD - It's back b/c I re-set it (it's a NetTalk Duo) so, I DO NOT RECOMMEND CALLING  800-586-0013  ! ! ! !

These nuts call constantly and to add insult to injury they don't say a word, but to them that is brilliance.
Please stop them for my sake and others as well.

ERS...looking for an old Cingular Wirless bill from at least 7+ years ago I co-signed for my then 17 year old neice...so I told the company to sent me a copy of the last bill Cingular sent me, the last payment made to the account...of course they cannot produce any of this stuff...and if they can't, the bill can not be collected. Ask the company to send you all the original documents...they can't becuase they buy these debts for pennies on the dollar.

Just got a phone call from this number let it go to voice mail no msg. Looked up the number on google and found this sight and saw post about them calling to collect and as i am trying to clean up my credit i decide to call back, when I did they asked for my number they said it didn't pull up in there system. They asked if I had a reference number and I didn't cause I let it go to voicemail and they didn't leave a message, then they asked for my sn, yea right I wouldn't give it to them cause as far as I know I owe nobody anything.

I just got a call from ERC about 5 min ago. Let it go to vm ..... I just paid those b*****ds more than half of the balance yet they're still calling .... they'll get the remaining balance next week ..... so glad my cell phone has a "send straight to voicemail" option .....

recieved call from 1-800-586-0013  called back found out I Owed Sprint Paid my bill for 1/2 price and they were real professional ERC is their name never had a collection agency that listened to my complaints and worked with me before

received a call stating that i owe money to B of A, I never have an account with B of A.

Yes this is ERC ~ Enhanced Recovery Company , I have made  arrangements  and pay on my bill every month like clock work and it's only a  very small bill . I haven't missed a payment , but it doesn't do any good they still call and harrass you.More More More that's all they care about.

No one here by the name they are using. They are certainly harrassing us with their computer generated messages.

ERC Collection just left a message to call them back. I don't know them and have no bills so what the heck.

These people call about a AT&T debt that I know nothing about. They told me they were going to send me paperwork to file a police report but have seen nothing. How do I know if they are legitimate or not?

I had an automated message from them on my voicemail with a reference number to call back. I called back, the woman who answered identified herself as Tony with ERC. I gave her the reference number that was provided in my voice mail. Turns out it was for someone named Melanie, not for me. She looked up my phone number and removed it from the account. No issues at all.

I have been getting calls from this number with no message. looks like a collection agency from a google look up. how can you manke them stop?

Son had got a sprint phone in wifes name and let it die 2 years ago, we didnt kow it until ERC called us, We paid half the bill and it cleared eevrything right up.. Nice folks they are.

I was checking my credit report, and I saw that these people had made a claim to Transunion, and Experion on April 1st 2009... They NEVER tried to contact me to collect on a Sprint account I closed 3 years ago... So they were basically going to let my credit be screwed up until I called them???

Well anyway I called them and payed the bill, and they were nice at least.

These people would use an automated phone to call a number and not leave any messages. I've tried to call a number that showed up on my ID caller screen and all I get is some voicemail with music.  Then I finally got a hold of these people and guess what the number you see up top is the actual phone number. The excuse I was given is that this number is not given out or authorized unless they know who they are talking too.
