Have read some comments that say you should give them the benefit of the doubt and it is some timeshare presentation. First, I would like to say that timeshares don't market like this. They offer gifts to go up they are up front about it. And second they never ask for money up front or even ask for your credit card. At least not a legitimate one. So if they want money or credit card info. Hang up or just don't call!!!  IT IS A SCAM!!! Timeshare people are pushy but that is when they have you in front of them!!!

Just got the voucher today. Knew it was a scam because there are so many going around. So looked up the number and found this! Only one difference is that mine states Holiday Cruise Line. Beware of this one and all vouchers or calls that say you have won something. Even if you have signed up for a contest. They also start to send them out after you have had a state or county fair in the area because they are betting you signed up to win something and will call without investigating first.

Sounds too good to be true. But honestly i have went on a trip similar to this b4 and it turned out to have a 4 hour meeting trying to get me to get a time share. Which i did not mind. They took my credit card and took $75 off to hold my room. I then got a debit card when i got to the resort for $375. They told me i had won 4 day 3 night and $300 at Williamsburg. This was all legit and it sounds similar to this offer so i was curious if anyone had actually researched this company or if you are all just assumed it was a scam. If i get a free cruse for a few hours of my time i would love to go.

Just got the "free" cruise offer in the mail today.  How are these people still in business?  Makes me sick.  I have no idea who they bought my name/address from, but I sure wish I could find out!!

I received the cruise vouchers and the $1300 voucher with it. It was sent to me under the wrong last name which only the place that has my name mistaken like that is the place I bought my wedding dress. I have received several free things for wedding and honeymoon stuff that is from the bridal salon giving people my information so I (stupidly) believed it. I called they were very nice and gave me a ton of information making it sound legit and only asked for $60 for each of us for port fees to be paid today and did not need to book for up to a year. Then they started talking about all of the extras I could get and how much it would be. I said I could not afford it and they transferred me to someone else who lower the price and asked me again I said I had to ask my fiancé and he said no. They then transferred me to a woman who said she would discount me somemore because I am getting married. I said my fiancé said no and kept on pushing even though I said no thank you at least 8 times and she started getting pushy and said that she felt that I was not telling her something. I said that she was pushing too hard and I was feeling like I was getting scammed. She then responded if they were scamming me that they would have gotten off the phone already because they got my credit card number a half hour ago. At this point I said no for the final time and felt like throwing up at that comment. They then put me on the phone to confirm my 120 payment on a recorded line and asked if the sales rep said anything they didn't when they were on the phone with me that was not taped. After getting off the phone my fiancé told me he had looked up the number and found this website. I cancelled my credit card and putting up fraud charges against them!

She repeatedly told them she didnt have the funds right now to pay, was reassured that she wouldnt be charged right now! Guess what her acct is in the negative because of this. They go after the elderly! reporting this to the BBB!!!!

i am not really here to report this phone number but just to comment on everything you all are saying about this company. It isn't a scam unless they lie to you about their intentions. It says, very clearly, on the voucher 'THIS ADVERTISING MATERIAL IS BEING USED FOR THE PURPOSE OF SOLICITING SALES OF A VACATION OWNERSHIP PLAN!' yes the cruise is free but they are letting you know that they will be trying to sell something to you. kinda like a timeshare presentation. so some hard selling techniques an some fun afterwards....if you aren't interested in buying anything then don't call them an when they call you just tell them no thank you, if the calls continue then i would report the number but not if they aren't harassing you....and why would you give anyone your credit card info over the phone? you are asking for them to dip into your money and why would the bank have your side when you are the one throwing out your account number like yesterday's undies.....come on people wake up so when you really are scammed you will know the difference!

"All that glitters isn't gold!" Thank you all for the messages posted.  The idea of a free vacation sounds so great right now sounded great. But the offer was too good to be true. I had the so called agent Nancy try to sell me the idea after giving me her name and id#. Once I asked about the refund policy, she put me on along hold and then so called William tried to act like they were doing me a favor and there plenty of other people who would love to go. OH PLEASE SCAMMERS GET A LEGITIMATE JOB!

First of there's no shame in saying or being excited when you receive a voucher saying you receive a free two days cruise, with the way the economy and world is now I think we all dream and fantazie about a cruise vacation even if only two days. Sorry guys this is 100 % a scam . A women reported on here in 09 she did pay and sadly got charged 800$ they also are on the bbb and reported as a scam with a rating as a f the FBI is working to catch these predators yes anyone who scams anyone out of 118 or 800 dollars is a predator. Nothing is free guys ESP if u didn't enter a cruise contest this should sound fishy no matter what. That being said I called today 7/9/12 I too received this voucher and immediately spoke with a gentlemen I could barley understand who right off offered info on the cruise and proceeded to get my info along with credit info first off its always always a scam if they want payment upfront or credit info secondly when I told the man no credit card and I had nothing in the bank he put me on hold to get his boss in the background I heard a man ding a bell and yell out I got another one haha and then another guy was heard to say u got the wrong phone line so the guy finally got back on and put his boss on who walked me over the bullcrap cruise details and asked again for my info cc. I nicely explained that I already told bob no credit card and no money in the bank could I ca back later he said no wouldn't let me off the phone and insisted I give him my debut # even with no money on it to insure no one else got my cabin yea right at this point I asked why are u so pushy so u don't give anyone the time to decide if this cruise is right. For them and you should state that at the time of call u are required right then to pay the 118$ he then replied mam I get paid by the hour ! Huh interesting I never asked or assumed anything so by this point I caught on and laughed told him couldn't find my bank card let me call back he then instructed me to just lay down the phone while I looked for it wow really anyone who will not let u return their call ponder over if u want their service and ask upfront for a cc number is plain and simple a scam. It's just a shame people fall for this and these men steal their hard earned money but should this happen to you just contact the police and your bank they have to reimburse you your money is protected through your bank and they investigate then and go after then I guess that's how the FBI is now involved in catching these predators. Anyhow I really hope this helps you out in your decision with not choosing to follow through with these vouchers I've already made my formal complaint with the Bibb you should do the same the more people who raise heck with them the more chance these scammers will get caught
