Robo calls all the time asking for someone who doesn't exist.  If you pickup and hit "1" to attest you are this person, they say they are transferring you, but they hang up on you instead.

Ditto.  Got a call from "Miss Thompson" who wouldn't identify herself further.  She then hung up.

This number belongs to a collection agency called Superior Asset Management.

Their reputation is for being a bottom dwelling collection agency with unprofessional collectors, and little regard for the laws under which they are supposed to operate.

Supposedly the Florida Attorney General is investigating Superior Asset Management for violations of the FDCPA and the FCRA?

Superior Asset Management. Chris Fairchild has called my phone number 4 times looking for Allen Custodia. Telling them to take you off the list is almost impossible. They have called my phone a total of 5 times and everytime I call - do you know blah blah

I received a message on my answering machine and it is still on there.  It started off with "b***h", yes, "b***h"  clear as day, then it went on with the message to call this number, they are attempting to collect a debt.  With that kind of language my debt should be wiped clean.  I would like to know who I contact and they can listen to it.  That is totally uncalled for.  I am not going to erase this message until the proper people can listen to it.

Stephanie Kingdon - please call 1-800-587-5714.  They keep calling me looking for you.  I am having fun with this collection place now though.  At the very least, I probably give them a good laugh to talk about with their coworkers.  I get pretty raunchy with them now.  Can't believe they keep calling my number.  Oh well...

Called three times today.  Finally left a message on the third call asking for a person by a name he couldn't pronounce, so I don't have a clue who they are looking for.  Guy left the name Fred Sawyer.  I have no intention of calling them or letting them know they have the wrong number.  If they are some collection agency, and a legit one at that, they would have the correct info.  Other people don't do my job for me so I won't be doing their's for them.

I've got a call from this number 1 or 2 times a month for one year. It's really annoying. It's an automatic call for Christopher. I don't know who is that.

This is a collection agency.  There are laws in place to protect you from their harassing phone calls.  Best thing to do is the following:
1) note the time and day of each call you receive - don't call them back; they will not act on our wishes
2) find the website for your state's attorney general office and file a written complaint against them
3) you can be compensated for any laws that are broken by the company AND by the person committing the acts

They call my company looking for employees all the time that are delinquent on their debts - I am a collection manager and tell them they are breaking the law and they hang up on me as well EVEN though I have told them my position with my company

The number left me a voicemail when I didn't answer.  The message wasn't for me.  It was a lady saying that it was an extremely urgent matter.  She said she was Chris Fairchild and that the call is an attempt to collect a debt.  The message says that if you are not the one the call is for to hang up and not listen to the rest of the recording.  (Like who is going to do that!)  The recording didn't say what company they were representing.  Any message left that is automated sounds fishy to me!  If it was that urgent, maybe this Chris Fairchild should call him/herself!  What a load of CRAP!!!

A Gentry Starling asked to speak to a relative who has not lived at my address for years. The individual would not relate any aspect of the reason for calling. He wanted to know who I was, but I would not give him my name. He gave me the number 1-800-587-5714, and said that he needed for my relative to contact him.

I get calls for Amy Bonnett all the time, she used to own my number. I get calls from this number on my phone so often that I have my phone on silent all the time, especially when I'm asleep. :( I missed an important call the other day because I am at the stage where I don't even check my missed calls any more, they're all from this number.

If I answer they hang up but if it goes to voice mail I get a recorded message. it's really irritating that I can't talk to anyone.

Calls constantly. Has been calling for several months. Occasionally leaves messages for Timothy somebody, saying "If you are not Timothy...please hang up now." Finally got to talk to this harasser in person today and told him no one with that name has ever had my phone number. He insisted that he had the correct number and actually got pissed at ME when I confronted him about his inaccuracies and the fact that my number is on a Do Not Call list and I would take legal action if I continued to receive such phone calls. He hung up with a "Gawwwd!" like I was the one harrassing him and he then hung up on me! It's time to hand this matter over to the authorities--obvious scam.

Report this number on www.donotcall.gov.

If you have a collection on your credit report that you dispute, the procedures are on the websites of the bureaus.  Here are the main 3:
    www.transunion.com
    www.experian.com
    www.equifax.com
I believe if you dispute something, they contact the creditor that's reporting the debt and if they do not get confirmation from them within 30 days that you legitimately owe the debt, they remove the item.  If you can't get the creditor to confirm it with you, they will more than likely not confirm it with them.  If they keep calling you, get as much of their information as you can and then tell them you're reporting them to the FBI.  You can go to www.fbi.gov and there are links on the left-hand side.

Collection calls trying to obtain information on possible related individuals. Voicemail left by unknown person. Calling back takes you to a voice mail. I suggest to not telling informaiton because the agency might not be real.

Some man with a very hick accent called from this # and left an odd message saying "this call is for Sarah ********" (my maiden last name.) and then cut off. He slurred his words a lot and seemed very uneducated. I NEVER answer 1-800 numbers because I'm always getting harassing calls from the Obama people, and I don't give a rats a** about Obama honestly. I do have a small amount of credit debt and am farmiliar with collection agencies, but they don't call from 800 numbers and use hick accents and I haven't had a call in months so it leads me to believe that these calls are bogus and are out to steal identities.

I've received several phone calls on my cell phone from a female voice telling me to call Chris Fairchild at Superior Asset Management at (800)587-5714 about a debt. Only problem is, I have no debts, and I've had this cell phone for only 3 months. They've never called at either of my two land lines, so I assume that if there is a debt, it belongs to someone who had the cell phone before I did. They never leave the name of the individual that they're looking for. I'm not sure what to do.

I got several calls from these people within 5 months time. Talked to a Mrs. Warrner. She asked if I was going to pay my Bank of America credit card debt. I said right now I am unable to pay. Told her that my husband and I both got laid off our jobs and can't afford to pay anybody right now. I asked for a bill showing what I owe and she told me that it would be sent once the bill was paid off. I said no I am not paying until you send me a bill proving how much I owe. She said she was noting that I am refusing to pay and that Bank of America would be notified and they would take further action. I just laughed and told her fine. Well see what happens.
