Diversified Adjustment Service - caller ID shows 800-592-3429 stating, "We have an important message from Diversified Adjustment Service.  This call is from a debt collector.  Please call 877-816-7215."  If this is actually a debt collector for Sprint as some have stated (I can never reach anybody when I try to call them), I have never had a Sprint phone/number and have no idea how they got my unlisted number that I have had for 5 years.  They call all hours of day and night, weekdays and weekends.  I have had enough!

"We keep getting calls from 1-800-592-3429 at strange hours of the day.  When you pick up, no one responds to your "Hello".  It's getting on my nerves already yet!  We have a private/unlisted # - so where do they come off bothering us?  Also, it is impossible to place them on Call Block - somehow/some way, these schmucks have figured out how to buck the system, while the rest of us are supposed to "grin and bear it".  I'm done here - why doesn't the proper authority/agency put a stop to these people?

Collection service looking for the guy who used to own my new phone number. MY ADVICE: WASTE THEIR TIME, PLAY ALONG FEEDING THEM FALSE INFO. KEEP THEM ON THE LINE AS LONG AS POSSIBLE. PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS.

That sounds like a scam to me!  Not going to do it.

I have no debts.  My credit record is clear, as well.

The number is for a sprint Nextel collection agency I don't know it's name. But I called sprint while overseas and my contract was on a military suspension and come to find out my account was behind and the cancelled my service and put my bill into collections....

They have been calling since the early morning. I am not a business rather an individual who feels like harassment is begining. My car accident affected me enough i do not need anymore stress. so this # and # affiliated w/this # must stop or i will persue this. I am on a No Call List which is government runned. So leave a message if there is something i need to do on my part.

They use a predictive dial system. If you are getting these calls on a cell phone with voice mail they will keep calling back cause the voice mail picked up the call. Call the number back and use the option to talk to a rep and ask to be removed from the list.

I continue to receive calls - a debt collection agency - regarding a person I don't even know.   I don't know how my number became affiliated - as I've had this number for over 8 yrs.  I've told them I don't know who this person is and I've even asked them take my number off their list - to no avail.   My next step it to start recording "their" calls, and report them to law enforcement, St. Atty General and the BBB.

This company calls repeatedly, automated machine looking for someone who isn't at this #. I called back and told them not to call my number and I'm on the DNC list. Guy lied to me said they never called my number and was rude.  Spammer fraudulent bill collection.

I have reported this company before. Since I last turned them in I have sent them three more additional cease and assist letters and in them asking for proof of debt. They have not hindered to the letters, instead they call me 4 times a day on my phone and three to five times per day on my childrens cell phones These are 10 and 12 yr olds who are getting harrasing calls telling them to tell there mom to learn how to pay bills and maybe they wouldnt get calls. Seriously who harasses kids I have called them not using nice laugage at times telling them to leave my kids alone and grow up. I have also informed the company that contuning to call after the cease and assist letters its violating the law they said they can robo call or personal call anyone any time that they arent abiding to the law. I have recieved phone calls from them on sunday which is suppose to be a day of rest, they have called after 9pm and done repeated calls, they have called distant relatives of both mine and my husband, I was even told by one that they would take everything in my house and my car to pay this bill and that maybe CPS should take my kids cause Im a dead beat B*tch who cant pay my bills. This company has gone way to far.

Called them back and told them not to call again.  They have the wrong number.  They are VERY RUDE.
