Just because you don't get a email making you confirm your blizzard account doesnt mean they didnt create another account in your name with your credit card number just different emails, it's not really blizzard's fault because they see the card is approved they send it through and in your bank statement you get you were charged and not your BNET, the number is not a fraud, and the only sites you should go to is, Battle.net and worldofwarcraft.com , you should also becareful of what sites you go to fore you can have your credit card stolen almost and where online. so the question is did someone steal your card or are you just so stupid with it you cant keep one

This is the exact same thing that happened to me- Blizzard charged me $59.99 on 6/18 and then again another $ 59.99 on 6/20. I opened a ticket and they told me that they can not discuss any charges via email and I have to call. I have no transaction history on their web site. Blizzards web site tells me that I have not purchased anything and that there are no charges. I have already contacted my bank and they are ready to take action but I need to try the voice line (like they wrote in my ticket). Once I can show (via call log) that I tried voice and ticket system (baically following Blizzrds direction) and it is still not resolved, then the bank steps in.

Same thing has happened to me, Saturday I took money out of my account and noticed a big difference in my balance. After checking my online banking I called my banks number to report charges. I saw two pending on my account, the customer service rep told me of about ( six ) that were on my card. The numbers a dead end I'm getting no answer at this number, this is total B/S. Now I have to cancel my cards and change my account info .

I keep trying to call but everytime I call, it says the "cue is full." I'm so frustrated!

This just happened to me this week - two charges of $59.99 made to Blizzard*Ent. I have closed my card and filed a claim with my bank.
Doug 2012-06-10 00:25:34 Unknown
I don't play any video games, and I didn't get a call, but a Blizzard charge of $59.99 showed up on my online bank account in the middle of last night, with this phone number attached, with no confirming email to me, which means I wasn't sleepwalking and somebody is hacking my bank account.
Something like this appears to be happening in the last couple of months to others as well. I hope everyone encountering this problem will report on what they did and how it turned out. I plan to call Blizzard, and if they don't resolve it right away, I'm going to email the FBI, the FTC, and whatever other law enforcement agencies I can involved. Online stealing cannot be tolerated.

I had 2 debits from my account from Blizzard Ent. They were not authorized. Somehow they (or somebody under their guise) got my debit card number and proceeded to use it. Be very aware of this company and their associates!
Maxin 2012-04-13 10:38:59 Unknown
Anyone knows who this is?
Mary 2012-04-06 18:57:23 Unknown
This site is pulling money out of my account without authorization ,and I am pursuing. Barges for fraud.mu son is also! See you in court! And you do not answer your phone to respond to these facts.
Angry Senior 2012-03-31 04:14:36 Unknown
BE VERY CAREFUL! Some kind of way this number and business is drawing money from my Debit bank account. It is listed on my transaction summary as BLIZZARD ENT. Could this be coming froM techs at ASUS ELETRONICS or Walgreens? I own no video game.
They will be stopped and caught!!!!

Forgive me, as I meant to say us.blizzard.com IS a phishing site. Don't ever click a link going to us.blizzard.com
M 2011-11-01 21:32:59 Unknown
Not a fraud at all. As previous posts have said, this is indeed Blizzard Entertainment's customer service hotline. Anytime you get a call from this number, it would likely be due to Blizzard calling you back regarding a service issue you had with World of Warcraft.
Any e-mail you get that is fraudulent however MIGHT contain this number. Scammers and phishers put as much legit information as they can into their fraudulent e-mails so that you will feel confident enough to click whatever link it is they have thrown in there. Be careful! us.blizzard.com is not a phishing site. The only links that would be legitimate in the e-mail are:
us.battle.net
www.blizzard.com/support
So don't worry if you get an actual call from this number...chances are it is because you contacted Blizzard first.

That number is NOT a phishing number, it is the real deal. I don't receive calls from them but I do call them. It is Blizzard/Battle.net account services. They help you resolve issues you may be having with your account. I don't know where you are getting your information from, but it is wrong. Sounds like to me, you have been a victim of having your account hacked. If this is so, do yourself a favor, buy an authenticator. They work.
Casey 2011-08-16 22:06:17 Unknown
It's a scam number. Used in pfishing scams. They send out info for fake transactions on your Battlenet account. They give this false number in the email so that you will call to resolve it so that they can get your real information. Check the link. The fake company will be us.blizzard.com. It's a bunch of do***e bag Chinese criminals. Don't fall for it. In the email check the last 4 of the credit card they list. It won't match any o your cards. It's generated to sucker you. Forward to FBI fraud division, the fraud division of your local law enforcement, and INTERPOL. Shut these filthy b*****ds down.

It's Blizzard Entertainment's automated customer service number. If you own a video game that is ran by Blizzard Entertainment or, and you issued either a complaint, tech problem, or just had some basic questions about the game itself then this number will call you from your account information and direct you through a process to talk to a representative about your problems. It's nothing to worry about whatsoever.
